"The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were attentive to our needs especially for the breakfast. The place was clean and peaceful. The rooms were excellent and complete with basic needs as soap and shampoo plus hair dryer. The pool was not used because it was not kept well but it was ok. Wish they had a service transpo to bring us to the beach nearby."

"Had great 3nights stay. The hotell staff is lovely, service is their priority. Our room located highest floor, great view but they are little old and lacking amenities (need improvement) . Breakfast was good. Beach is so peaceful and nice clean."

"We had an amazing stay! The camp was brand new and very clean. The beach sand was so soft! We want to thank Joey, the wonderful and attentive Camp Cayla staff who made our stay great. As soon as we arrived he arranged everything according to what we liked. He asked us if we wanted to rent a scooter which we choose to do and he organised everything! In the middle of the night we didn’t know how to turn the aircon off (we were holding it too far away) and he was at our door within a few minutes and showed us how to turn it off. He was always on-site and took care of us well! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. There were some small ants but that’s expected. We had insect spray so it was fine. Negatives: The property is not fenced so there lots of dogs that come very close, this maybe an issue for people that have a fear of dogs or if there’s small children playing around. The bar/ restaurant/ reception area is not ready yet, there is no where to buy food close by."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The breakfast spread was also generous and delicious. Being right by the sea, it was incredibly convenient to get to the beach. The front desk staff, especially Ark and Beam, were incredibly warm and attentive. Ark, in particular, was very knowledgeable about both the hotel and local attractions. She processed our extension quickly and patiently answered all my questions, always with a lovely, warm smile that made us feel right at home! We even left some items in our old room, and the hotel staff kindly moved them to our new one, which allowed us to enjoy our time out and about without any worries. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel!"

"At first the stay was the receptionist to stay in a room that had not been cleaned, but when going to inform him, he changed the room to go to a sea view room. So in the evening there are no staff and the kitchen is no people, so I can't order food to eat now, I didn't inform us what time to order food, so it's not convenient here because if you go out to find something to eat, it will be a bit far."

"Self check-in system. The room is bright. The hotel is clean. The location is good. There's a gym next door, and hotel guests get a discount. Free bicycle rental is also available."

"The hotel is tired, but there's plenty of greenery. The pool is nice, cozy, beautiful, and deep. The kids dived in. We stayed in a family room, which is large, with beds separated by a partition. The TV had poor reception, and the WiFi was poor. There's no hairdryer, so you have to ask at reception. There's also no safe in the room. Breakfast is average. The hotel is mostly frequented by older couples, and there are practically no Russians. There's a 7/11 on both sides, a cafe opposite the hotel on the shore, and an Italian restaurant to the right of the hotel. The sea is warm, very clean, and practically deserted! There are sun loungers opposite the 7/11 on the right for 30 baht, and on the other side for 50 baht. Water activities for children and adults include inflatables, banana boats, and water sports. Water activities cost 200 baht per person. Overall, the hotel left a good impression! The nearest currency exchange office is 20 km away."

"Hello. We stayed for three days. We checked in promptly at 3:00 PM. The pool was cold. The apartment layout is comfortable, but the soundproofing is very poor. On the 8th floor, you can hear dogs and loud, strange noises all night long. It sounds like someone is walking around and slamming doors. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Having two bathrooms is also a plus. Overall, it was okay."

"The hosts were absolutely wonderful! We checked in with my husband and our 7-month-old baby around 9 PM. My husband had an allergic reaction to seafood, and when he drove out to find medicine, all the stores were closed. So, he decided to drive to the hospital alone. I was at the accommodation with our baby and called the hosts to ask for allergy medication. They immediately brought some over. However, I couldn't reach my husband until almost 11 PM; his phone rang but he didn't answer. I was so worried he might have had an accident. The host couple tried to call the hospital's emergency department, but no one answered. Seeing how distressed I was, they offered to take me and our baby to the hospital. When we arrived and saw my husband's car, I felt so relieved. We found him at the emergency department waiting for medication. I was so happy I was speechless, tearing up. I'm so grateful for the hosts' exceptional care! The female host, who I think works as a nurse somewhere, gave us excellent advice about seafood allergies. Before we left, the hosts even told us we could check out whenever we wanted. Seriously, where else can you find service like that? We will definitely be back! 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Lastly, I want to tell future guests that even though this place is budget-friendly, the service is incredibly impressive!"

"This is my go to hotel when I'm in this area of Thailand. The location is perfect for the beach and all amenities and close to lots of fabulous restaurants. The staff have always been kind and friendly and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are spacious, clean and of a high standard. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in the area."
