The hosts were absolutely wonderful! We checked in with my husband and our 7-month-old baby around 9 PM. My husband had an allergic reaction to seafood, and when he drove out to find medicine, all the stores were closed. So, he decided to drive to the hospital alone. I was at the accommodation with our baby and called the hosts to ask for allergy medication. They immediately brought some over. However, I couldn't reach my husband until almost 11 PM; his phone rang but he didn't answer. I was so worried he might have had an accident. The host couple tried to call the hospital's emergency department, but no one answered. Seeing how distressed I was, they offered to take me and our baby to the hospital. When we arrived and saw my husband's car, I felt so relieved. We found him at the emergency department waiting for medication. I was so happy I was speechless, tearing up. I'm so grateful for the hosts' exceptional care! The female host, who I think works as a nurse somewhere, gave us excellent advice about seafood allergies. Before we left, the hosts even told us we could check out whenever we wanted. Seriously, where else can you find service like that? We will definitely be back! 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Lastly, I want to tell future guests that even though this place is budget-friendly, the service is incredibly impressive!

Very quiet and quiet place! Staff is just excellent, they will always help you and go to the meeting, they are always on contact! Territory protected, all necessary eating in the room! I would like to express my special thanks to the girl who has decorated our stay! She is just surprisingly kind, open and responsive! Unfortunately, I don't know her name. Recommended to stay, no one interrupted, no strange sounds, forgive silence and calm

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were attentive to our needs especially for the breakfast. The place was clean and peaceful. The rooms were excellent and complete with basic needs as soap and shampoo plus hair dryer. The pool was not used because it was not kept well but it was ok. Wish they had a service transpo to bring us to the beach nearby.

We had a fantastic time at the Mercure. We stayed in the Garden side, which meant that we took the van or songtaew over to the Ocean side each morning for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious and sitting right by the ocean was a wonderful experience. Overall, the Garden side is much more spacious and the pool much bigger. We were happy with our choice to stay there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; however, they are poorly designed. The sink for the bathroom is inexplicably in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. There is very little storage and not even a drying rack on the balcony for wet clothes. My final suggestion to the hotel would be to purchase sun umbrellas for each pair of sun loungers and for each sofa bed. Having only 7 sun umbrellas for the pool and bar area obviously isn’t enough. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely visit again.

1) location - very near the beach (5 minute walk) and near seaside restaurants and 7-11 convenience store but still very quiet and private 2) room was very spacious, clean and well organized with extra, separate beach towels and bath towels plus bath robes 3) staff was courteous and helpful - even got a 2 hour early check-in since it was the middle of the week and not to many guests arriving yet 4) rooftop pool was warm and and the positioning of the infinty edge made you think it ”extended” to the sea which brings me to the next great point - a very very nice view of the beach and surrounding areas.

At first the stay was the receptionist to stay in a room that had not been cleaned, but when going to inform him, he changed the room to go to a sea view room. So in the evening there are no staff and the kitchen is no people, so I can't order food to eat now, I didn't inform us what time to order food, so it's not convenient here because if you go out to find something to eat, it will be a bit far.

Good location and close to restaurants and the beach, nice staff. Minus because it was extremely noisy and both other people's grumpy children and the traffic was very audible. The AC also let down a little when I was going to raise the temperature.

It is a newly renovated hotel, not a new hotel. Many of the room's equipment has been improved. New air conditioner, new bed, new TV, 4-5 power outlets to charge your battery comfortably. Some parts of the building are not in order, such as the elevator on the 3rd floor, the floor is not smooth when opened. The hotel is by the sea, you can walk down. There are many swimming pools, but some are old and not suitable for swimming. The highlight is the building-type rooms with two 5-foot beds and a sofa bed.

Hello. We stayed for three days. We checked in promptly at 3:00 PM. The pool was cold. The apartment layout is comfortable, but the soundproofing is very poor. On the 8th floor, you can hear dogs and loud, strange noises all night long. It sounds like someone is walking around and slamming doors. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Having two bathrooms is also a plus. Overall, it was okay.
