GGuest UserNice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. Picture attached for both types of villas.

GGuest UserFew minutes from the city , we had river view room which was spacious and functional. Short walk to walking street using the small bridge.
I wish it was prohibited to let group/families usng the grass to make bbq , set music and make noise (till 23:00) infant of other rooms.

GGuest UserThe pool and outdoor area is stunning, definitely worth 4 star. I also enjoyed the shower. However.... The rooms and breakfast are not to a 4 star standard, I have genuinely had better in 2 & 3 stars hotels. The rooms are old yet unfinished looking? None of the balcony doors or windows, or presses close as they are warped, so the smell of the wildfires was constantly in our room and the A/C couldn't fully work as the hot air was getting in from outside. There was makeup on the sheets as we just checked in.. and the WIFI is SO BAD. Once again I've had better wifi in hostels.. it comes and goes very frustrating. The breakfast had a fine selection, yet the rolls were rock solid and pastries were stale, they kept putting the same stale, hard rolls and pastries out every day I think it's just for show? It's sounds like I'm being picky, I'm honestly not I stay in 2/3 stars all the time I'm just disappointed as we were excited to stay in a 4 star and it was a massive disappointment apart from the pool.

I extended my stay twice and that in itself says all. I will come back for sure!

GGuest UserThe location is good—away from the main street yet still within walking distance of everything. However, I was a bit disappointed, as paying $54 for one night didn’t feel worth it. It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room

ЛЛеснаяIt is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly.

GGuest UserExcellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.
