GGuest UserThe accommodation is absolutely beautiful! I was truly amazed by the grandeur and architectural beauty once inside the hotel. The room was gorgeous and spacious, both the bedroom and the bathroom. What I loved most was how incredibly fragrant the towels were! The staff were very attentive. However, the air conditioner in my room made a clunking noise intermittently late at night, though it wasn't too loud. The breakfast selection might not have been very diverse, but overall, it was excellent. I was very impressed!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Labaris Hotel during our 3-day trip to Khao Yai. The hotel is very close to Khao Yai National Park (just a 15-minute drive) and Tha Chang Natural Spring.
The place is very family-friendly—quiet and spacious. There’s a creek behind the hotel, which made us feel even closer to nature.
The staff’s hospitality was amazing. They were professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and changed daily.
As I traveled during my birthday month, they surprised me with a banoffee cake and a lovely note.
We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a getaway from Bangkok!

II am J JourneysThe hotel is beautiful and the service is great. I appreciate how they handled a problem I had, though I won't go into detail. The hotel resolved the issue professionally, even though the mistake might have been due to carelessness or a lack of professionalism on their part. They still did their best to fix it, and I have no complaints. The room is lovely, and the view from the room is beautiful. The water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning is cold. However, I have noticed that almost every hotel in this chain, which I've stayed at in nearly every province, has issues with TV signal. Even though I personally don't use the TV much, I wanted to mention it. Especially here, the signal was practically unusable. I'm not sure if it's the same system nationwide, as I always encounter TV signal problems whenever I stay at one of their hotels. I'm someone who likes to check everything in the room to see if it works, regardless of whether I'll personally use it or not.
I recommend this hotel. If they fix the issues I mentioned, I think next time I'll be saying it's highly recommended!👍

SSuchaxThe service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon.
The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

KKisrangkulStayed here for 2 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and mountains, making it a great place to relax away from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that helped me sleep well.
The breakfast had a good variety of both Thai and international dishes, and the quality was better than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always greeting guests with a smile.
One of my favorite parts was the swimming pool area, which had a nice atmosphere and beautiful views of nature. The location is also convenient for visiting popular attractions around Khao Yai.
Overall, dusitD2 Khao Yai offers a comfortable stay with great service and a relaxing environment. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Khao Yai.

The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day.
The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!
The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.
Cons:
I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected.
There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel.
Neutral Note:
There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

AAnonymous UserThe location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.

Eevelyn_pieWe had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in! The estate is huge, you could easily spend a whole day here. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the upstairs bathroom is spacious with a great tub and a lovely view. Breakfast is delicious, served individually, and the Thai breakfast is a must-try. There's also a glass house, a small garden with swings nearby, and you can even feed the fish. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
