AAnonymous UserEverything was so perfect until we forget one of our pant at the hotel, after we realized we did call the hotel immediately (3-4hours later) but the staff and the house keeper was not really cooperative, before we leave they said they have double checked our room and said there were nothing left. But after that maybe 7-8 hours later, after they said they found nothing, new staff called us back told us they found his pant??? And wanted us to go back and get it but we already left that province so they send us eventually. So the place was really nice and cozy but some staffs manner has to be improved.

NNun ydI got a standard room. The balcony didn't have a view, just a wall and the roof of another building. However, everything inside the room was fine, except for the amenities – they weren't fully stocked. There was no shower cap or toothbrush. The staff at the reception were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, but the selection was a bit limited.

AAlyssa119028Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

เเที่ยวเป็นวงกลมI loved it! The accommodation is so cute and homey. There are even peacocks! The decor is beautiful, and I truly felt relaxed. I just wish they would improve the showerhead in the bathroom; it hurt my skin because the water pressure was too strong and the jets were too small. We bought breakfast separately, and it was delicious and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

MMeloooodyHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

VVincent LayeOnly stayed a few nights,room was nice,but didn't have a smart TV which for the price of a room was surprising,although I was told there about 50%through changing them and you can ask for a digital box on reception if your room doesn't have one .steam room was out of service,gym was fully equipped and pool was OK,chlorine not salt water so take some goggles if your going to swim .
Food for breakfast was excellent staff were all very polite,and accommodating,surrounding area is ok everything you could need nearby.all in all nice few days

GGuest UserStayed there a few times already. Always chill atmosphere. The only issue I have with them is that they still use traditional locks with keys, which is inconvenient to keep a large key ring in a pocket.

Eevelyn_pieWe had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

VVeranika StomaStayed for one night with my partner and 9-year-old daughter. The room was large but incredibly dirty. Okay, it was old (if that matters to you, be aware: the furniture is old, worn, and poorly restored in places), but the dirtiness was extreme. It felt like the floors were never cleaned. The bathroom was just *shudder* – mold, tons of hair everywhere, and the black, horrible silicone. The water pressure was weak, and the water itself felt strange, leaving a slightly sticky sensation afterward. The bed had clean linens, but there were black hairs on them. I understand a cleaner works there, but her hair shouldn't be present. Also, it would be great if they cleaned under the bed and under the vanity in the bathroom so guests don't see tons of hair and dirt if something accidentally falls.
But the worst part was that sleeping was impossible due to a wild humming noise. We couldn't figure out what it was, but this hum echoed throughout the entire floor. It was a sleepless night. The sofas were stained, and the sink in the common area smelled. The balcony and windows were also never cleaned. There weren't enough towels for the pool, and bathrobes would have been nice, as would disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes.
The grounds, however, were beyond praise – very pleasant to walk around and admire the buildings. The pool (the one near the gym) was large, but the tiles inside were broken, making swimming not very safe.
Check-in at reception was fast, but there was zero information provided. Not a word about breakfast, the grounds, or any other hotel services that a guest might be interested in.
Breakfast was clearly not designed for foreign tourists, but we did find something to eat.
Let's put it this way: if they cleaned up and communicated better with guests, the price would match the quality.
