"The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon. The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep."

"Every time I come here, I'm impressed. What I like most is the surrounding atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They even remember which room I stayed in last time and suggested trying a different room this time, which was beautiful in its own way. They gave great recommendations, and it's very convenient to get around when you want to go out."

"The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here."

"Stayed there a few times already. Always chill atmosphere. The only issue I have with them is that they still use traditional locks with keys, which is inconvenient to keep a large key ring in a pocket."

"The accommodation is spacious, quiet, and private, conveniently located near amenities such as 7-11, a market, and restaurants. It's also close to Bo Phut Waterfall and just a 15-minute drive from the entrance of Chao Por Khao Yai Shrine. The air conditioning works great. I recommend bringing your own food for convenience. The price is reasonable. For anyone planning activities in Khao Yai, I highly recommend staying here."

"Location ok. But outside Bar quite noisy . Don’t recommend for light sleepers. Breakfast not so much options but whatever they serve it’s yummy. No iron and ironing board provided. We requested but staff said they don’t have. No laundry service also. Good for one night stay I don’t think suitable for long stay period"

However, the facilities are noticeably outdated, which impacted our stay. The bathroom floor drain consistently emitted an unpleasant odor, and the TV was an old CRT model. These details suggest a lack of proper hotel maintenance. Overall, if you're primarily looking for a peaceful environment and spacious accommodations, and you don't have high expectations for modern facilities, this place might be worth considering. But if you're particular about room details and hygiene, I'd recommend looking at other options."

"This is a very new hotel with extremely stylish facilities, especially the unique sky pool with a transparent glass bottom. You can see the ground below while swimming! The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, making you not want to get up. The night view was also beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly, and all the drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary, which was great since there are no convenience stores nearby. Just outside the hotel, there are delicious restaurants, including a hot pot place. A short walk further leads to the lovely Hokkaido Garden, which is fantastic for photos and only costs 150 for admission. The breakfast was also rich and tasty. Overall, the hotel's environment is excellent, and I highly recommend experiencing it. I particularly loved the bed, the bathtub, and the surrounding environment and atmosphere. My absolute favorite was the special swimming pool. Walking around the streets, whether in the evening or afternoon, felt very peaceful, with few crowds and wide roads, making it feel very safe. I really love the environment in Khao Yai."
