"The hotel has a great location, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. The hotel staff are warm and attentive. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."
"Affordable price, after all, it is more than 300 cheap, in the embassy area, very safe, walk to Ankara Dessaryan restaurant for 6 minutes, walk to the downtown shopping area for 10 minutes. . The room is large and there is a balcony, the service is also very good, help with luggage, call Uber to the airport to play more than 500 lira
Don't go to the nearby Burger King, it's hard to eat!! There is a coffee 1979 very good"
"there was nobody to talk in English and the reception actually do nothing because they don't understand English.
there was no internet in the room and also bad connection in the lobby ."
"The hotel is very big and very stylish. The original five-star seems to be taken over by the InterContinental Hotels Group. The future may be better. The facilities are a bit old, but very clean and tidy, and overall very satisfied."
"The room includes a small terrace. There are some European-style mirror decorations. The surrounding facilities are convenient. The service staff is warm and polite. The room is quiet and comfortable to sleep."
"Aldino Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and kind especially Arda sir, he was a fantastic guy and he speaks English very well. He helped us with the check-in he showed us the room and everything was 10/10. The room smelled fresh and super clean every time that we walked in the room it had the same freshness and cleanliness. I recommend it a lot. The location is on top, everything was near us you don’t need to worry about anything. We had an amazing stay I strongly recommend. Thank you all !!"
"We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was acceptable. The staff was not bad, but not particularly friendly either."
"A fantastic experience! The front desk staff were friendly, the room was very clean, the neighborhood was safe, and it's not far from Kolej and Temmuz metro stations. It's about a 20-minute walk to a highly-rated Xinjiang restaurant on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). Highly recommended!"
"Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. The restaurant's dining environment was excellent, and there was a wide variety of food options. The room was also very clean and tidy. I will definitely book again next time! 🤗🤗🤗🫡"

Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was decent. The room was clean and parking was convenient, but the EV charging station was incredibly hard to find. I looked for ages and still couldn't locate it.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a mini market and the Metro within easy walking distance. There’s also plenty of eateries close by There’s Also a cute cafe downstairs! Another PLUS point is the receptionists speak excellent English and Can help you with calling a Taxi etc. I love the fact there is a kitchen and a washing machine in this spacious unit.
Minus points are - the Shower stall does not drain well at all and When you take a Shower the next day thw floor is slimy. We were there four days and they only made the bed and cleaned the room every 2 days altho they did give fresh towels and cleaned out the trash. The kitchen has pots and pans and crockery but but its not complete. For intance there is bread knife but no knives, no bowls or colanders for washing your raw Ingredients etc
Overall the stay was OK . I would give it a 7 out of 10
HHuangtaojiangThe hotel's location is great, making it convenient to visit various attractions in Ankara. There are also plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby. The hotel facilities are just average, as it's an older property, and the rooms aren't very spacious. It's worth noting that the hotel only rebranded to Mercure in 2024, so if you search on maps, it might still show the old hotel name.
MM500897****Free coffee and orange juice, available from morning till night, which is great. It's quite clean, and staying on the first floor was fine. I didn't get to eat there because breakfast costs extra. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants nearby.
KKhurram DurraniThe stay at hotel was the worst one for me. The staff, location and other things were all good. But at evening I told them that the room is very hot and I have had headache and now due to excess hot room my blood pressure is also shooting up. But, instead they told me to open the window. Later i told him that the outside road is main road and very noisy and we couldn't rest or sleep. They neither open the AC because they said that they were still in winter mode and they couldn't open the AC or change the room and/or provide a small floor or table portable fan to that we could sleep comfortably. They didn't do anything and we spend a most miserable night without and rest and sleep. And their breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing extra ordinary or special. Just very basic.
Seriously, please do not recommend this hotel at least in April-May and in months when weather is changing whereas they only update thermostat after severe change in weather outside.
thanks
regards
Khurram
AAzimjjonLocation is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!
ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.
MMaheenI had a pleasant stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel during my trip to Ankara. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to reach the rest of the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which was ideal for relaxing after a busy day out.
There was a bit of a language barrier, as some of the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were still polite and tried their best to assist.
Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in a nice area of Ankara. I’d definitely consider staying again!
