Great
DDENNISGreat stay near Levi’s Stadium
We had a great experience at Sterling Inn! The location was super convenient — just a short drive to Levi’s Stadium and other spots in Santa Clara.
The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It felt more personal and comfortable than a big chain hotel.
Would definitely recommend it if you're staying in the area for a concert or game.
GGuest UserThe location is very good and the security is very guaranteed. But it is not a traditional hotel. It is a hotel with several houses in an apartment, so it is very difficult to find. And there is no physical front desk, and the apartment administrator will get off work very early. English listening is not enough, even check-in will encounter obstacles. Because we arrived late, after the check-in procedure, it took a lot of time to study how to enter the door from here. Finally, I found this door to go in. It was to the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. I couldn't get to the room at all... There was no explanation for the relevant situation when booking, and the order was marked as check-in at the front desk. We were a bit busy with this and called the hotel on duty and took more than an hour to get into the room
张张Good location, 15 minutes drive from Stanford University, the room is not big, but enough, there are some, health is decent, parking fee $20 a day, free buffet breakfast + afternoon bar drinks, hotel staff are very warm, service attitude is very good, overall good value for money, Recommended
GGuest UserA relatively good hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, new TVs and rich programs; the rooms are fully equipped with coffee machines, microwaves, and refrigerators; breakfast is simple but free, and parking is convenient. I can't comment on the service because I only stayed for one night. The towels and sheets in the room were clean, and the floor was clean, so I didn't encounter any service staff. The attitude of the front desk staff was acceptable.
SseamanboboThe price and location are not bad. The hotel is old, but the service is good. The breakfast is a typical American breakfast, but there is hot water on the first floor 24 hours a day, which is more suitable for Chinese people.
AadventurechloThe hotel is relatively new but it still feels like a motel. Check in was smooth and relatively easy. There are some minor issues with the bed frame and ceiling. Towels have some hairs. It doesn’t feel like worth of the money spent though.
AAofengBecause I was satisfied with the stay, I stayed another day. The location of the house is really good, it is also economical and affordable. It is under renovation. The service attitude is also good. It is worth the money. The only problem is that the parking space is limited, which is a bit worrying. I hope it will be solved in the future. I will stay here again in the future. It is very close to Apple Park and Nvidia.
TTyler ChoiThe location was close to the business trip and cheap.
It was ok for a space to stay for a while because it was a reasonable Inn level facility for the price.
