The hotel is located on a separate hillside, surrounded by a building without any disturbance, free parking. The hotel room feels much more than the room in other branches. The sink in the room is outside the bathroom, which is separated from wet and dry. The shower head is still fixed on the wall. Welcome candy is placed in the room, and free milk and cookies are a little surprise from 7 to 9 p.m. It takes 5 minutes to drive out of the hotel to the riverside park, Spokane Falls, Monroe Street Bridge and other check-in points that have hosted the Expo, surrounded by architectural relics left by the Expo. Spokane Falls is the soul and heartbeat of the city is spectacular and full of power. Feel the sense of history and modernity of the whole city of Spokane, a very clean, quiet and leisurely city.

Fantastic stay - reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Shower had strong hot water flow. Plenty of facilities in the hotel (24/7 gym, pool, washer dryer, ice machine), free parking and delicious free breakfast.

It is worth affirming that their air conditioner is very well done. It is wrapped with marble and wooden boards. It is very convenient to blow clothes or something, and you will not worry about getting the air conditioner wet and causing damage. There is a Starbucks downstairs, but it is not open at night. It opens at 5:30 in the morning. It is very convenient for me who needs a cup of coffee in the morning

Front desk at reception was exceptionally accommodating. When I arrived I needed help finding a restaurant where I could get dinner take-out. Lee, the manager, pulled up a restaurant he recommended and helped me order dinner. When I inquired about the availability of breakfast before my early a.m. departure to the airport he left breakfast for me at the reception desk. Thank you Lee for your care and friendly service - you are clearly a special man! Room was clean and recently renovated so it was very pleasant. One recommendation - shower floor was very slippery. Could add something to the floor to give a more secure shower experience.

The room was clean, the hotel provided free breakfast, not many patterns, egg bacon breakfast sausage, sandwich bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, but nutritious, enough for any esophagus. Free coffee and tea 24 hours, print service, free first 5 pages. There is a free ice machine in the corridor. In addition to accommodation, these additional breakfast drinking water services are very practical. The indoor flat screen TV can watch satellite TV, although there are many programs, but many advertisements. It is better to bring your own HDMI line, connected to the computer to find video viewing online. The bathroom is clean and hot water is sufficient. In short, the stay is quite comfortable. Best Western, I have lived in several cities and I have a good impression.

Hotel is good value for money, there is free parking, breakfast is simple, but enough to eat

Stayed here after a late flight before heading west. It was comfortable. The only issue is, it's right across the street from the hospital, so the helicopter is flying in and out all night.

Warm service, good environment, quite satisfactory, not bad, parking is convenient, but the money is collected, the distance to the space is OK, if it can be cheaper, there are many tramps nearby, do not dare to go out at night

Good for family stay. Had stayed for the night so didn’t get chance to use the pool. The facility seems to be amazing, will try next time in

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .
