"What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)"

"We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station."

Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park."

"A little far from the union station, it is hard to walk. But at the top, you can see the arches of St. Louis. The first floor lobby is open and free of charge, and the variety is not enough. It seems to have a gym but didn't go. The room is a little small, there is a refrigerator, but the outside door is actually painted like a drawer, which is nothing if it is not found."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel's breakfast is very convenient. You can take what you need by yourself. Cleaning is done every day. The bed sheets will be tidied up instead of being changed every day. The front desk is very enthusiastic and can solve problems in time. There is a big supermarket when you go out, subway, shakeshake and Chinese food are available, and the forest park is opposite, which is very convenient for travel."

"The hotel is integrated with St. Louis Hospital and has nothing to do with the forest. There is a parking lot outside the window, and it is completely impossible to open the curtains. The picture is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. At this price, it's not worth it. Definitely not recommended for traveling or going to college to look after children."

"my room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!"
