"The hotel is good, although it is a two-star hotel, but the room is not worse than four or five stars. Breakfast is as cold as ever, la quinta style. There is no room service at night, and you have to run to the front desk to get a tissue, but the Mexican cleaning aunt during the day is very enthusiastic."

"I loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week"

"The first room that was given to me smells bad, so I have it changed. The room is spacious and clean, I just don't like the smell. The keycard was not always working. I need to activate it every now and then. On the kther hand, I like the breaksfast and their fitness center."

"I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful."

"The hotel parking lot is very crowded and hard to find a parking spot. It’s located near other hotels so they all shared the parking lot. They do require a $100 deposit but your only advised during check in... it’s a busy hotel with a lot of traffic and movement at all times.

GGuest UserDallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.

On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it.
During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace.
A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…

LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. Yeah i want a refund for the uncofortable stay you made it for us

GguitaristEverything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.

AAnonymous UserIt was very well located, the service was perfect, so much so that I lost a phone in my room and I had already left and they called me to come back to pick it up and I hadn't even realized that they told me not to worry. My phone was going to be stored waiting for me to return, the cleaning was normal since the property was undergoing some repairs, even so there was no noise and everything was quiet and at night there was security in the parking lot
