Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

My hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and eager to assist. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!

The service of the hotel, whether at the front desk, guest room or restaurant, is excellent, reflecting the high level of business and professionalism of the staff of Linyi Hotel. The old store of Linyi Hotel is the Vientiane Hui store of the railway station where I stayed. It is located in the bustling area of Linyi Old Town. There are many restaurants and shops around, and the transportation is very convenient. Personally, Linyi Hotel is the best choice for Linyi travel.

The bedding was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The front desk staff were friendly and very responsive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. Excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next business trip.

It was truly exceptional, a pleasant surprise. I initially chose it because it's close to the train station, but it turned out to be wonderful. It even had a bathtub, was incredibly clean, and despite the cloudy or rainy weather, the blankets were incredibly soft. My child was delighted and said they would definitely stay at this hotel again. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and plentiful; I highly recommend buying the package that includes breakfast – it's great value!

You can choose from it and it tastes good. In the evening, you can also go to Linyi Station Square to watch the square dance.
