Definitely ask the staff for (food) recommendation(s), as we had the best food recommend to us by the hotel staff. "It's very close to the train station and has underfloor heating, but the bed was like being roasted alive. Even with an electric blanket to warm it up, and the mattress on the floor, it was still like a sauna. Finally, I had no choice but to move the blanket to the bathroom doorway (the floor is tiled and doesn't heat up), and endured that for a few hours.
Also, after the order was confirmed, I received numerous calls saying they couldn't arrange it, forcing me to choose one of three options. It was just incredibly frustrating!"

"It feels like the building was built later on the site of what was originally a hanok house. The owner is a clean freak, so the place is kept very clean. There are old erotic paintings hanging here and there, and locals may be imagining it as a motel, but when I stayed there, everyone I met was a tourist.
The shower had strong, hot water, the room was spacious, and I could watch Netflix, so I was very satisfied.
The bathroom door opens at the bottom.
I think it would be fine for couples or families.
The staff were also very kind. Thank you."

"Initially i tried to book hotel close to KNU and trip.com said its 1.7-2km. But it was further than i expected like it takes around 25-30 min from the hotel to KNU by bus😒 Plus, there is not many food places or shops or cafes next to the hotel and the nearest convenience store is up in the opposite road which was inconvenient to me. For me, one good thing about this hotel was TV which had access to youtube, netflix etc. Also, i felt that the wall was so thin like i literally heard people's talking, crying and shower sound etc. the younger female receptionist was not kind also!"

"The best thing was the clean rooms
There were a variety of emminities.
I tried to buy nothing at a convenience store, but I didn't buy anything.
I didn't actually use it because I didn't have time to use it, but it was like a bath room on each floor, so I could eat it comfortably even if I bought outside food.
I thought it would be nice to meet the view because it was right behind the park.
I'll go to Manper Hotel Piedexco next time I have another thing to go.
The TV is huge and the ott is all done, so I slept at dawn to see this ㅋㅋ"

"It's really close to EXCO.
The front desk is not on the first floor, so I was confused by the stairs at first, but luckily there was an elevator right next to it, so I was relieved.
I originally didn't plan on staying for a night, so I was worried because I didn't have a change of clothes, but there was a styler, so I used it usefully."

The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. However, I feel the front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. A warmer attitude from the team would really elevate the overall guest experience.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning, especially for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the property.

The location is right next to the subway, the second line of the fish station, it is convenient to go anywhere. The downside is that the housing facilities are really average. I booked a VIP room. The refrigerator was very noisy and there was a big abnormal noise in the middle of the night. Then the pool in the bathroom leaked and there was a ticking sound. RReine KangAbout 170m from the MRT Dacheng Park Station, out of the MRT station, almost arrived at the hotel, the location is excellent, the hotel aunt is very enthusiastic, although the aunt is in Korean, but basically more than hand-drawn feet, plus Google translation, basically communication is no problem, very recommended, I'll choose here next time.

JJessicaThere are microwave ovens, water, and hot drinks next to the check-in counter. Although the counter is not open 24 hours a day, we still managed to check in successfully around 11pm. The accommodation is close to the airport. There is no subway nearby, but the bus is very convenient!

GGuest UserWe are cycle touring and had difficulty finding the Hotel Elegance, mostly from our own ignorance as once we did locate the hotel it was lit up for all to see.
Sadly we had a medical emergency which detracted from our stay however the staff were wonderfully helpful and we are very appreciative!

GGuest UserI gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean.
Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her.
Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel!
I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future!
If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.

GGuest UserThe hotel was good enough for one night. However, the check in process was quite difficult for a foreigner who doesn't speak any Korean, so make sure you have your translation apps handy!
The room itself smelled a bit like cigarettes. I'm not sure if I accidentally booked a smoking room, but I assume I didn't since my reservation didn't say as such.
There was also no natural light in the room. While there was a window, it was covered in some kind of plastic film. The hallway was also completely dark.
The bathroom and toilet were excellent, and so was the little bag of amenities offered.
Bed was clean and comfortable.
Good enough for a one night stay, but wouldn't come again!
