"Our family had a fantastic stay at the Tianxiang Family Hot Spring Villa at Guanglv Bama Cifu Lake Junlan Hotel. The private hot spring in the courtyard was a major highlight – it was clean, secluded, and we could enjoy a soak anytime, which our family absolutely loved. The room and courtyard were spotless, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. This hotel is perfectly located as a stopover between Hechi and Chongzuo, ideal for a break. After exploring the underground corridor, a relaxing hot spring bath was just what we needed. The environment is serene and quiet, surrounded by nature, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. "My stay this time was exceptionally satisfying! The overall service was fantastic! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere was great. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were gentle and polite. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – I slept soundly until morning. "I stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk. I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change. When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible. It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime. There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert."

The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

The hotel is newly opened, and the owner said we were the first guests. All the facilities are brand new and clean. The B&B is right by the lake. My husband put out his fishing rod as soon as we arrived. He didn't catch any fish, but it satisfied his interest. The owner was very welcoming. We arrived a little after 8 pm and said he had reserved dinner for us (see Figure 6), but we had already eaten and didn't eat much. The house is new, so it has a wood smell, but we always keep the doors open during the day for ventilation. We had originally booked a hotel in the county town, but wanted to stay by the lake, so we canceled the reservation and booked Shanshuiyuan. It turned out to be the right choice.

I came to Bama to travel and chose to stay in this meditation homestay in Changshou Village. I was very satisfied. The homestay is still very new. There are elevators. The decoration materials and facilities are also more elegant. The windows of the broken bridge aluminum and the bedding of the mousse can be seen. The hotel is more willing to invest in the decoration. The hotel also provides a very exquisite breakfast, and the restaurant downstairs is also very good. It is especially worth it. The hotel faucet water is Bama's local natural mineral water. Next door Bama Yu medicine soaking feet also tried, this shoulder and neck massage press is very comfortable, troubled for many times shoulder and neck pain immediately much better.

When staying in Bama, there are not many choices here. I am optimistic about this hotel because it is very close to Bainiaoyan Scenic Area. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is not bad. The room is a bit damp but equipped with a dehumidifier. There is a small river outside the window and the environment is beautiful. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the restaurant has a large portion of food. I ordered two dishes and couldn't finish them all👍.
