The rooms were spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, ample hot water, and all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing efficient check-in and responding promptly to any needs. The breakfast was varied and delicious, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere overall. Excellent value for money, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!"

"This was my first time skiing in Xinjiang, and I chose this hotel! We arrived during a cold snap, and it was -50 degrees Celsius that day ❄️ The environment was better than I expected. The underfloor heating was incredibly strong – so warm I almost couldn't sleep! It also came with its own washing machine and dryer. The lobby had a restaurant, bar, and ski shop. The service was excellent!!! The owner, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and even the cleaning aunties were all incredibly friendly and welcoming!! If you're lucky, you might even get picked up by the owner themselves!!! (The owner picked us up, which was great! 👍) I highly, highly recommend the halal restaurant downstairs! Hotel breakfast was served there!! The stir-fried dishes we ordered at night were all delicious (much better than some of the restaurants outside!). The only downsides were the limited selection and I wouldn't recommend the Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken). Everything else was fantastic!!!! 🙌🙌 I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I only have a few from the drive up the mountain 🙂"

"Facilities: The facilities are quite complete and of good quality, well-maintained; I didn't find anything wrong during my stay. Cleanliness: Quite clean, with a slight smell of renovation. Environment: Quite close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and very close to Lake Iremu. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby. Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal."

"The accommodation is very good, parking is convenient, and it is a quick walk along the bridge to the pedestrian street with many restaurants to choose from. The room is comfortable and the view is good. The breakfast is quite simple, similar to the layout of a Chinese restaurant. There is no coffee machine either, so you need to bring your own coffee."

"Murti Garden Hotel is absolutely amazing, a definite five-star! It's super easy to get to, just search on navigation and you're there. The huge parking lot means you can park anywhere, which is incredibly convenient for self-driving. The ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and since it's the first stop, you're guaranteed a seat. The facilities are great, with an elevator making it super easy to move luggage. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and you can even cast your screen to the TV for some great binge-watching. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, helping with luggage as soon as you arrive, making you feel like family. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and porridges – super satisfying. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful backyard garden and a swing that's incredibly therapeutic, attracting many people for photos. The Ertix River is right next door, offering stunning sunset views in the evening, a sky full of stars at night, and beautiful sunrises in the morning – the scenery is just breathtaking! The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The two sisters at the front desk looked very similar. They were very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were a family of four, they upgraded us to a parent-child room for free, which made us feel very warm. The decoration of the hotel was also the first unique style I encountered in many years of travel. The most surprising thing was the stone slab road and wooden hanging clothes drying pole at the entrance, which had a unique flavor! The two sisters at the front desk recommended delicious food without reservation (you can eat in our hotel restaurant or go to the food court). We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant. The taste was very homely, with good color, fragrance and taste. Our requirements were also met one by one (two of them couldn't eat any peppers, and two of them wanted to eat spicy food, hehe). The chef was drinking with friends (we arrived at the restaurant at almost eleven o'clock in the evening), and he immediately got up and served the food to the table at a very fast speed. The two waitresses were also very fun. At first glance, they were beautiful girls who came to work part-time during the summer vacation. They were not skilled but worked very seriously and carefully. They must be praised."

"The resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable."

"The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable."

"This time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning."
