I've used Ctrip for many years, but this is my first time writing a review. I was stranded on the high-speed train and looked for the best-rated hotels nearby. I didn't expect this to exacerbate my awkward journey.
Facilities: I had a hygiene issue and called, but the phone was broken. Repairs were unsuccessful. Then the air conditioner started leaking, water pouring down like a waterfall. I spent an hour trying to figure it out. I asked if I could move, but I was exhausted and there were no rooms nearby. I didn't. It was finally fixed. It was such a hassle.
Cleanliness: The room smelled strongly of smoke when I moved in. Airing it out cleared it up. I found hair and eyelashes on my pillow, but they hadn't replaced it. I contacted the front desk, who said they had already replaced it. Why wasn't there a crease? They said it might have been left somewhere else, probably on the floor, since it wasn't a pillow. So, what a shame! 😮💨
Environment: The signage on the door wasn't very clear. When I walked in, it looked like an office building, so I had to look closer before I found it.
Service: The attitude was okay. I wasn't satisfied with the problem they solved. They said maintenance was off duty and would come tomorrow. We booked the last available room, which would have been fine, but the water leak was so bad there were no other options closer. The room phone didn't work. I had to keep asking them to transfer when trying to contact them. It was so inconvenient. We checked in around 6:00 and everything was done by 9:00. They later delivered a fruit plate, but the watermelon was still rotten. They didn't say anything when I checked out. That's it. I'm helpless and speechless.

Guest UserThis hotel offers fantastic value for money. As soon as I walked in, the pleasant aroma in the lobby was so relaxing. The front desk service was absolutely top-notch, making us feel very comfortable. During check-out, they proactively asked about our stay and even brought us hot water – so incredibly welcoming! It truly rivals any star-rated hotel. The environment is excellent, and the breakfast spread is incredibly diverse, with mains, pastries, congee, hot dishes, cold dishes, and drinks – literally everything you could want. I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel after considering several newly opened hotels in the area, mainly because it opened in 2025. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. When traveling with elderly people and children, cleanliness is paramount, and breakfast is a crucial factor. It was excellent, probably the best meal I had during the National Day holiday. I was in a hurry to eat, so I only took a few pictures.

The B&B has a very strategic location and convenient transportation. There are various room types. We chose the cozy king bed room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. It was a very satisfying trip and we will come back next time!

It's not far from the north exit, but I took the south exit after reading the previous reviews. It's clean and tidy overall. There is also a laundry room with a robot, but it was delivered to the wrong room. I was woken up at 6 o'clock. The price is relatively expensive, but the main location is good, and the smart curtains

Pros: Excellent location, it nearby the metro and many bus stops, and it’s easy to find especially with the hostel’s help (so text them in advance!). The room itself was great and the hostel provided: bed sheets, a towel, tooth brush and tooth paste, slippers, a fan, and some cups. In the bathroom you can find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hand soap and most importantly toilet paper (sometimes). There’s also a water boiler and a washer. I like the concept of do-it-yourself here, which is made possible by the hostel.
Cons: There is only one toilet and shower which are in the same room so finding the right time to use it may be a challenge. Additionally, the toilet is a squat and usually smelled really bad so beware! Only trash cans in the hostel are the ones by the door entrance and bathroom.

Stayed in D28. Facilities: 4/5. Basic facilities were good, the air conditioning was powerful, and it seemed like there was underfloor heating (though I couldn't find the switch). However, the doors wouldn't open every day (both the main room and the side rooms), requiring me to go to the front desk, which was very inconvenient.
Environment: 4.5. The courtyard was nice, but at night there was nothing around, making it difficult to buy things.
Cleanliness: 3.5. I didn't find any problems with the bedding and towels, but the drain seemed to have serious backflow. There was a persistent odor, so I had to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running constantly, the ventilation window half-open, and the room also needed ventilation.
Service: 3/5. The fact that the doors wouldn't open every day was a problem. The third time I went, they assured me it would be fine, but it didn't work the next day. Also, I asked them to unlock the back door, and when I went to get my room card the next day, I asked again (it was too late the first day), and the front desk said they had already unlocked it. But after struggling back from the ski resort with a bunch of people, the door was still locked. I felt incredibly cheated; they shouldn't lie to people.
In summary, accommodation is possible, and with a bit of luck, it should be okay, but it's more recommended for those who drive.

The boss is very good, arrived very late but waited for me. The room was clean and there was a big wardrobe. In the most central location in Hohhot, it is very convenient to go anywhere, let alone eat. Overall a good person experience. The hotel is great, beyond my imagination
