"We spontaneously decided to go skiing for New Year's and just picked a random hotel. We arrived quite early, and they even upgraded us to a room in the first phase and let us check in ahead of time. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can just walk out to the ski slopes, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and clean too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for skiing!"

"The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and grand. It's fully equipped with all sorts of facilities. Within walking distance, there's a riverside and plenty of food options. The lobby even has a small shop selling shaved ice bean buns and Jilin fried noodles, which is fantastic and very convenient. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with healthy options like pumpkin, sweet potato, corn, 4-5 types of porridge, various Western pastries, fried foods, noodles, Harbin red sausage, and more... We stayed for two days and still couldn't try everything. The service is exceptionally good, and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. The lady at the front desk on duty on the morning of February 3rd provided particularly friendly and professional service, which is commendable! Definitely worth staying here!"

"The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)"

"The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent! My husband caught a cold, and the front desk manager on duty along with another young man brought him cold medicine and hot water directly to our room. We were incredibly touched by their kindness. I originally wanted to give a full 5-star rating, but then there was no hot water for showering at night. Even after running it for 20 minutes, it was only lukewarm. It was late, and we were too tired to deal with it, which was a big disappointment. Also, the lady making noodles at breakfast had a cold expression. I asked for beef noodles, and she gave me a bowl with lots of chili and a piece of ginger, making it inedible – another regret. Everything else was good, though. Parking was convenient, and the bedding was comfortable."

It is also very close to Henan Street Night Market. It is also very close to Jilin Station. Too many advantages and the street view outside the window is particularly beautiful at night. "Came here for a week-long ski trip during winter and stayed at the Shiguang Shanse Villa. It truly felt like home. The facilities were complete, and the decor was very cozy. The landlady, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful, and the service was very attentive. The housekeeping and management staff were also warm and considerate, truly reflecting the genuine hospitality of people from Northeast China. The room views were unbeatable, and getting to the slopes was super convenient – just a downhill walk from the entrance. I'm never staying at Seibu Prince again; this is my new go-to!"

"Yunlu Hotel - Resort Shuttle Service: Very convenient, the vehicles are clean and available on demand. The drivers are helpful with luggage, which is a thoughtful touch. The lobby is cozy, the breakfast buffet offers high-quality food, and the late-night snack service is especially heartwarming. The room is comfortably furnished and very warm. The water pressure is strong, and the water is hot. Even though there's a shower curtain, water barely splashes out, keeping everything clean and nice."

"This is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, a true rarity. I used to always go for five-star hotels, paying five-star prices but rarely getting five-star service. Lately, however, I've discovered places like this one. The price is incredibly, incredibly reasonable, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was so, so pleasantly surprised. As a skier, I have to tell you: the room soundproofing is excellent!!! Really, really good!!! This is super rare among all the ski resorts out there. Plus, there's a free shuttle to and from the ski resort! That 800-meter walk can be awkward, so having the shuttle is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room, and there's a coffee shop right on the ground floor – a single cup is pure bliss. They don't over-serve, but if you need anything, they're there for you immediately. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered."
