"The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)"

"The room facilities are excellent, and the service is great! When the water in my bathtub wasn't hot enough, the duty manager, Li Bin, went above and beyond to help me switch rooms. I really appreciate his dedication. The hotel is also very close to the ski resort; it's just a few steps from the hotel's ski house to the slopes, which is incredibly convenient. The quality of the ski equipment at the hotel's ski house is pretty good. The only minor drawback is that the ski boots had a bit of an odor, perhaps they weren't cleaned and disinfected promptly. I hope this can be improved in the future."

"The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and grand. It's fully equipped with all sorts of facilities. Within walking distance, there's a riverside and plenty of food options. The lobby even has a small shop selling shaved ice bean buns and Jilin fried noodles, which is fantastic and very convenient. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with healthy options like pumpkin, sweet potato, corn, 4-5 types of porridge, various Western pastries, fried foods, noodles, Harbin red sausage, and more... We stayed for two days and still couldn't try everything. The service is exceptionally good, and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. The lady at the front desk on duty on the morning of February 3rd provided particularly friendly and professional service, which is commendable! Definitely worth staying here!"

"The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was a large sofa, coffee table, washing machine, small refrigerator, and computer available. The view from the window was beautiful both day and night, overlooking the Songhua River. Transportation was extremely convenient, very close to the train station and next to a large shopping mall in a bustling area. The service was warm and attentive. The hotel is close to transportation hubs, making travel quick and easy. Check-in was smooth and unobstructed. The room was newly renovated, the furniture was arranged logically, and the space was used efficiently."

"This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered."

The shuttle service is super convenient, departing as soon as you arrive and getting you to the slopes in just 2 minutes. The hotel itself is warm, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere – you can comfortably wear a T-shirt indoors. All the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The restaurant offers a fantastic late-night snack selection every evening, with beef noodles, beef vermicelli, orange juice, milk, and wontons – it's incredibly rich! The room layout is well-designed, and they even provided complimentary beverages. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"This is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, a true rarity. I used to always go for five-star hotels, paying five-star prices but rarely getting five-star service. Lately, however, I've discovered places like this one. The price is incredibly, incredibly reasonable, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was so, so pleasantly surprised. As a skier, I have to tell you: the room soundproofing is excellent!!! Really, really good!!! This is super rare among all the ski resorts out there. Plus, there's a free shuttle to and from the ski resort! That 800-meter walk can be awkward, so having the shuttle is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room, and there's a coffee shop right on the ground floor – a single cup is pure bliss. They don't over-serve, but if you need anything, they're there for you immediately. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again."
