"The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, Iād highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price."

"I took my baby back to my hometown for the Chinese New Year and rested for one night. I didn't expect to encounter snow on the mountain. It was quite a surprise. There were not many guests, so they should have gone home for the Chinese New Year. The housekeeper upgraded the room type for free. The hotel was very considerate in all aspects. We arrived late and it was very cold on the mountain. We ordered dishes, and the two girls delivered them to the room with food boxes. They also prepared ginger slices, check-in snacks and fruits, as well as goodnight milk and nuts. The room has floor heating and is very comfortable. There is a baby bed, so you don't have to worry about falling with your baby~ The stars are beautiful at night, and the snow scene on the mountain in the morning is also beautiful. The owner and chef were incredibly kind and proactively upgraded us to a suite, which was a generous size and equipped with smart technology. When it wasn't busy, the front desk lady would prepare American-style meals. Lunch was prepared by the kitchen lady, whose meat and vegetables were all local (some grown on site). She's a winner of the Lu'an Chef Competition, and every dish was delicious! The three delicious dishes of black pork and beef are a must-try! Three large pots with three vegetables, plus rice and leek broth, cost less than 400 yuan. Breakfast was also simple and delicious, made in the kitchen. š
This area has been thriving thanks to tourism, so the roads and hotel facilities are excellent. It's right next to the hot spring town, surrounded by mountains, and you can see the morning mist.
It's definitely worth a visit.
