"Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. It is adjacent to Yushan Lake Park, with a good environment, convenient access, rich breakfast, good food in the Chinese restaurant, and fruit in the guest rooms. The hotel staff have a very good service attitude. I would like to especially thank Ms. Wang Rong at the front desk. When checking in, she carefully asked about our room requirements and helped us upgrade our two rooms for free. Thank you again!"

"This is a room type that children like very much. They stay in the room every day and don’t want to go out. There was a strong smell in the room. The air outlet of the air conditioner downstairs was blowing towards the bed. I caught a cold directly from the air for 2 nights. Perhaps because of the high humidity in the mountains, the bathroom is equipped with a towel drying rack, which is great.
There were moldy spots on the nine-square grid used for breakfast food, and moldy spots on the pizza rolling pin used for making pizza at the farm. The pizza tray was also blackened, which made the visual experience not so good.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the mountains, so be careful when bringing children."

The whole room is full of high-tech, Xiaodu voice command switch lights, curtains, storytelling, consultation attractions, sanitary napkin toilets are also very advanced and all smart, and the room is clean and atmospheric. The customer service and other staff were very good, and they gave us a souvenir (Lingjiatan Rice) before leaving. I booked four rooms for two nights, but the next day, the room cards of the four rooms took turns and could not open the door. Some happened in the morning, some happened at noon, and some were good during the day. At night, the effect of the room card suddenly... What's more strange is a room card that has been updated. Once again, I can't use it. I ran to the front desk to update the room card, but the waiter didn't even say sorry... The hotel in such a C location, I hope the service will also make the guests have a C-level experience.

There was also a large external unit outside the room that made a very loud noise. Fortunately, I was promptly given another room. Please avoid it if you see it! The sound insulation is very good, the room is very spacious, the ceiling is very high and not oppressive at all, the details cannot be picked, I am generally satisfied with the room, the children like it very much, and the yard is also very cozy! The bad review is about the food. I brought a child who is 1.5 meters tall and asked for extra breakfast. I've stayed in so many hotels with rooms ranging from 300-1000 and I've never encountered any extra charge. It's not expensive at 19 yuan, so I paid it. I didn't even have time to pay one yuan more when I got in. When I arrived at 8:30, there was nothing to eat (actually there was nothing to eat in total), the fruit was not fresh, there was no drink, there was no basic boiled eggs, and the fried eggs were cold and had no egg taste. The child had a bowl of pumpkin porridge and an fried egg, but I didn't expect the porridge to be cold, which was like getting nothing to eat. Everyone was complaining, and they didn't come to eat the next day. It was too bad! There is also the mountain product restaurant outside. No one served the food and the service was very slow. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes. Two stir-fried dishes, a steamed egg and a fish cost 253 yuan. I came here with high expectations, but it was just average. Group purchase only costs more than 100 yuan, but no one kindly reminded me. I can't blame others for this. It's delicious, but is there really no one who cares about the chopsticks in the restaurant? It’s too difficult to use, haha 😂

But there is no coffee and tea bag in the room, the first time I met it. It may be that guests will go to the coffee bookstore to drink. But the coffee bookstore is not open for cost savings. Asked to drink coffee, opened the door, turned on the air conditioner, and it was extremely hot when I entered. The coffee was not finished, and the service staff urged to close the door because she was going to the restaurant to be busy for dinner. The cafe had to close the door and stared at the last sip. I stayed in the bookstore for less than half an hour and I was watching out. I borrowed a book to take the room to see it. I was repeatedly told many times. I must return it the next day. The good experience is not good. I have never encountered this before. Some service staff lack training, lack basic literacy, respect and trust, making guests feel poor. The breakfast was very poor, it was the worst breakfast in the hotel. There are very few varieties, less than 9 o'clock, basically there is not much left, and it is not supplemented. The answer is that you may not be able to eat well, but it must make you full. The white porridge is gone and not replenished. The drink has soy milk, nothing else. For the lack of supply, the person in charge replied that there were so many guests that it was very perfunctory. After a dozen people came to eat breakfast, they didn't add it. They just boiled eggs for everyone and let the guests eat something. In the comments before the breakfast issue, it has been mentioned a long time ago, but it seems that it has not been improved.
