Public areas were elegant and clean with pleasant diffusers, and there was a self-service area for water and amenities."

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Dali. It's designed with a beautiful garden aesthetic, and the air is just amazing. The whole hotel feels like a grand estate. The staff are so warm and attentive. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: a book bar, a regular bar, a sports hall, a restaurant, and a gym (with tons of equipment, which I, as someone who works out daily, absolutely loved!). What I want to praise most about the room is the incredibly spacious shower area, with excellent wet/dry separation. I really love this room type. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and they even have卡通餐盘 (cartoon-themed plates) – so thoughtful for families traveling with children!"

"Following the travel guide provided by the owner, we visited some incredibly scenic spots. The owner also recommended many delicious restaurants and snack bars that offered great taste at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking right outside and an elevator, which is super convenient for elderly guests and those with luggage. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are incredibly warm and attentive. They made sure we had plenty of bottled water, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The decor is stylish and modern, perfect for couples, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hot water supply was excellent with strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable bath in the tub. The smart voice-controlled curtains opened up to a stunning sea view, which was a lovely touch. We were especially touched when the owner offered us a free ride to the airport for our late-night flight, as it was difficult for us to arrange transport with our elderly parents and children. Given the affordable price, the owners' exceptional hospitality, and the cleanliness, this hotel left a deep impression on us. If we ever come back to Dali, we'll definitely choose this place again."

"Our 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat. Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing."

"Located right in front of ErHai and its view is simply amazing. It’s located near the main road which means Didi car can pick up with no issue. Coffee and tea are offered at the lobby. Basic amenities are provided in the room. Check in/out is fast and any query can be addressed via WeChat. The toilet glass wall is translucent and though having blinds can kind of see the others’ shadow clearly when in use. The only cons is having to go up down the stairs 4 level every day which is inconvenient for elderly. But overall it’s a recommended stay."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The environment was comfortable, and there were many picturesque spots nearby for photos. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive. They even helped with my luggage and provided airport transfers. Although the fruit was unlimited, I recommend not wasting it. Breakfast was very pleasant. Even the most budget-friendly room types were great, and my friend's upgraded room was even more beautiful! Overall, I'm truly satisfied and took many lovely photos. I wanted to book this place last year when I came to Dali but couldn't get a reservation. 😄"

"This place exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous — they gave us tips on local activities and things to watch out for, and were consistently friendly and responsive to every request. At one point they even brought us free coffee outside of normal coffee hours, which was a small touch that said a lot about their hospitality. Breakfast was a highlight — more like a full restaurant meal than a typical hotel spread. The resident dogs added a nice touch and were a lot of fun to have around. The room itself was lovely, with a traditional floor-seating setup that felt authentic to the area. Location-wise, it’s conveniently close to the ancient city, but still surrounded by quiet, serene countryside, surrounded by sunflowers and corn patch If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and do nothing, this is it. "This guesthouse is perfect for photos and also great for a relaxing getaway. The biggest highlight is the amazing sea view from the room; the floor-to-ceiling windows face Erhai Lake directly, so you can see the Cangshan mountains and the clouds from your bed. The balcony loungers are also perfect for just chilling out. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The breakfast, especially the rice noodles and soy milk, was delicious! 😋 My child loved it so much and wanted to stay another day, but our plans changed, so we'll have to come back next time."
