"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

"Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony. Summary: Facilities: They're okay, but the hotel pool has no shade. Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out. Environment: It's quite secluded and quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, because it's so remote, there are no delivery services nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Service: The service was good. The front desk patiently resolved the issue and offered fruit as compensation."

I contacted staff, who came to check, but informed me that all lights turn on and off centrally, and they couldn't control individual lights. So, essentially, the light was broken. It was pitch black at night, making it impossible to use the hot tub in the room. ## Cleanliness: Cleanliness was decent; I didn't find anything particularly dirty or problematic. ## Service: The service was okay, and response times were quite fast. Staff helped clean the private hot tub, changed my room, came to check the lights, and delivered mugwort sachets for bathing – all done quickly. However, the old facilities significantly detracted from the experience. I specifically booked this room for the private hot tub, but with no light at night, it was too dark to use it."

The homestay is good, the boss is very enthusiastic, add the boss WeChat* in advance, issue the license plate in the past, you can drive up the mountain for free. In fact, the scenic spot is seen in the picture of the homestay. The Green Forest Square is in the middle, and there is a plank road on both sides to the mountain. The scenic spot is not big. It will be finished in three or two. The lights are better at night, and unfortunately the day of New Year's Day has changed, and the fog is too big to see. The next day the fog was bigger, and I went down the mountain without seeing anything. The scenic spot is not perfect, the homestay does not provide breakfast, there are three or two shops selling breakfast in the scenic spot, just opened at 8:45 in the morning, there is nothing else, the store is busy, the diners cook breakfast in the kitchen by themselves. There is no pharmacy on the mountain, no clothing store, and no takeaway. The clothes have changed and I can carry them by myself. The place is a good place, and the package is speechless. .

The mattress is very clean, the softness is on the hard side, the wardrobe has an extra quilt, and the TV has free channels. If you want to watch other things, you need a membership. The hot water is always available, and it doesn’t get less hot in the middle of the night like other places! The service was very warm and thoughtful, and they also introduced local specialties! and nearby attractions, the hotel is also equipped with a robot to deliver express There are two charging locations in the parking lot, which is very important for me who drives a new energy vehicle. I don’t need a place to charge. There is a Chinese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. The vinegar chicken feet are very delicious and the local corn is very soft!

The hotel has a great location, adjacent to Liuyun Pavilion and Shanshui Park. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful, making for a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and bright, and the free laundry room was very convenient, making the trip comfortable and pleasant.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast service was lovely and heartwarming, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I really appreciated the huge underground parking garage; it made traveling by car completely stress-free. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, making the entire check-in process smooth and reassuring. Overall, I felt very secure and comfortable here, and it's definitely my top choice for future trips!

Wyndham Hotels in the United States, one of the world's largest hotel groups with 43 years of history, also has one in Xinyi and is ranked first in luxury hotels on the Trip.com platform, so I deliberately went to experience the stay. The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed. The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant. The hotel's hardware is first-class, impressive and first-class service. A very satisfying stay experience. The hotel receptionist, H, was very friendly. The lobby was spacious and had a great environment. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the internet speed was fast, and it was convenient for working. Free parking was readily available. The hotel's location is excellent. Wyndham will definitely be my first choice again next time I'm in Gaozhou for business. 😊

The price includes breakfast on the reservation platform, but the front desk staff at the store takes breakfast as a welfare gift. There is no connection and attractions to give away tickets, and they insist that the platform is wrong with their negotiation. The experience is not as good as 25 years, and I hope that with the development of the town, more and more projects will be fully equipped.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

A perfect score! This hotel is absolutely worth it. The environment is impeccable. Located in a mountain resort, every stroll around the hotel is refreshing and the air is incredibly fresh. Even more praiseworthy is the service from the staff. Everyone is polite and friendly, and from check-in to check-out, all our needs are met promptly and warmly. We felt like family. Excellent scenery and service, thumbs up!
