"## Amenities: The facilities are quite old, and my overall experience was just average. I stayed in a Moon Reflection Building room with a private pool. Initially, the balcony lock in my first room was broken, so I was moved to another. Later, I discovered that the light in the outdoor hot tub was out at night. I contacted staff, who came to check, but informed me that all lights turn on and off centrally, and they couldn't control individual lights. So, essentially, the light was broken. It was pitch black at night, making it impossible to use the hot tub in the room. ## Cleanliness: Cleanliness was decent; I didn't find anything particularly dirty or problematic. ## Service: The service was okay, and response times were quite fast. Staff helped clean the private hot tub, changed my room, came to check the lights, and delivered mugwort sachets for bathing – all done quickly. However, the old facilities significantly detracted from the experience. I specifically booked this room for the private hot tub, but with no light at night, it was too dark to use it."

"Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony. Summary: Facilities: They're okay, but the hotel pool has no shade. Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out. Environment: It's quite secluded and quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, because it's so remote, there are no delivery services nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Service: The service was good. The front desk patiently resolved the issue and offered fruit as compensation."

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

The homestay is good, the boss is very enthusiastic, add the boss WeChat* in advance, issue the license plate in the past, you can drive up the mountain for free. In fact, the scenic spot is seen in the picture of the homestay. The Green Forest Square is in the middle, and there is a plank road on both sides to the mountain. The scenic spot is not big. It will be finished in three or two. The lights are better at night, and unfortunately the day of New Year's Day has changed, and the fog is too big to see. The next day the fog was bigger, and I went down the mountain without seeing anything. The scenic spot is not perfect, the homestay does not provide breakfast, there are three or two shops selling breakfast in the scenic spot, just opened at 8:45 in the morning, there is nothing else, the store is busy, the diners cook breakfast in the kitchen by themselves. There is no pharmacy on the mountain, no clothing store, and no takeaway. The clothes have changed and I can carry them by myself. The place is a good place, and the package is speechless. .

I visited Gaozhou during the New Year and stayed at the Vienna International Hotel. The hotel facilities are good and the service is also very good. After checking in at around 4 o'clock, I went out to eat. When I came back, I found that the room had a bit of a smell. I reported it to the front desk and immediately helped change the room. The attitude was very good. Happy New Year. It's more than 300 yuan. The usual house price is more than 200 yuan, which is very cost-effective!

The hotel has a great location, adjacent to Liuyun Pavilion and Shanshui Park. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful, making for a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and bright, and the free laundry room was very convenient, making the trip comfortable and pleasant.

I chose to go to Maoming by chance during the May Day holiday, and then saw that the price would not rise very outrageously, so I placed the order directly, and there was no comparison with the trust of Hilton's brand. It was really hot to come to the scene. Although we arrived at six o'clock and didn't get the room, the sister at the front desk still answered our questions very gently. There is Wenchuang Street opposite. Behind is the library, you can go shopping in the morning, you can still make movies, the hotel health is still maintained, the pillow is a bit soft, the quality of the shower gel is also good, praise!

Wyndham Hotels in the United States, one of the world's largest hotel groups with 43 years of history, also has one in Xinyi and is ranked first in luxury hotels on the Trip.com platform, so I deliberately went to experience the stay. The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed. The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant. The hotel's hardware is first-class, impressive and first-class service. The front desk staff Chen Enmei and Li Yanshan are polite and courteous, and they are never tired of asking questions, making people feel at home. Say to them again: thank you

我們一行三人經過信宜宜尚酒店，心想就一晚住宿而已，要求不需要那麼高就是，加上廣東 6-7 月份雨季整天都下雨。訂房時就配 2 份早餐，前台小姐姐見我們 3 人入住免費多送我們早餐一份，十分貼心，頓時心情大好，謝謝前台小姐姐給我們的一份驚喜，房間十分乾淨，窗簾，空調及電視都是聲控的，酒店旁邊就是竇州里，及信宜市圖書館。竇州里白天大部分店家都休息，但晚上會營業，燈光十分漂亮，選擇也很多，下次再來信宜 我都會同樣選擇信宜宜尚酒店。

A very satisfying stay experience. The hotel receptionist, H, was very friendly. The lobby was spacious and had a great environment. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the internet speed was fast, and it was convenient for working. Free parking was readily available. The hotel's location is excellent. Wyndham will definitely be my first choice again next time I'm in Gaozhou for business. 😊

The room is big enough, the environment is good, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. During the day and night, both sides of the river really feel like the Guangdong version of Fenghuang Ancient Town. On the left side of the hotel is the Lihua Valley, which has a very beautiful waterfall that looks like Guizhou's Tongguo tree. If during the Lihua season, the mountains and fields are full of plum blossoms. The flowers, as picturesque as snow, will be shocking! But the only drawback is that there are a lot of small mosquitoes around the town, and they are very thin, so remember to wear long pants.

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

A perfect score! This hotel is absolutely worth it. The environment is impeccable. Located in a mountain resort, every stroll around the hotel is refreshing and the air is incredibly fresh. Even more praiseworthy is the service from the staff. Everyone is polite and friendly, and from check-in to check-out, all our needs are met promptly and warmly. We felt like family.
