The breakfast staff quickly cleared dishes, and the kids' club was a lifesaver for parents. Service: The second section of the hotel houses the service center. Xiao Wan, who checked us in, and the housekeeping staff deserve a definite five-star rating. After check-in, seeing our numerous bags, Xiao Wan personally drove us to the villa entrance and even helped us get a room upgrade. When our room had a minor issue, the engineering department promptly came to fix it, and they actively helped us switch rooms. We never felt neglected.
