"酒店風景很美，設計也很美，隨手一拍處處都是大片。一次性用品質量也比很多酒店好，但是服務極差。整個酒店除了前台的婷婷服務熱情，為顧客着想外，其他的人都差，特別是餐廳，服務和管理一塌糊塗。 先説前台：入住當日下雨，車子被限停在停車場，前台來接的時候衹打一把傘，被告知我們還有行李要拿，等下自己去的時候就撐着傘走了，也不把傘留給客人。入住期間又突然下雨，看到大堂門口有一把傘問前台借一下去住宿樓，有個酒店服務員説這是她等下要用的，不能拿走，這種情況我也第一次遇到。離開那天又下雨，前台為了表達這幾天服務的歉意説送我，我兩衹手都拿着東西，前台在門口一手為自己撐傘，試圖用另外一衹手撐開另外一把傘為我遮雨，怎麼都撐不開，我就淋在雨裏等她，後來一位酒店領導路過看不下去，把自己撐着的傘給她。住店時，我的晚安羹被前台告知因交接問題沒有了，答應給我一張下午茶券作為補償，等我洗漱後又打電話給我説他們烏龍，甜羹又有了，一定要我要晚安羹，下午茶券不好給。酒店的無邊泳池是亮點，我們提前一天問明天是否可以游泳，前台兩次答覆都是一整天都可以。等到第二天下午一點多我們去游泳，卻看到泳池在清理垃圾，前台負責人看到孩子要游泳説現在不可以，讓我們四點以後再游泳。這幾天都是陰雨天，別説四點以後，就是正午如果在水裡不遊也是很冷的。在我們的強烈要求下，總算讓孩子游泳了，但是水特別臟，裏面漂浮着很多蟲子屍體，而且遊了沒多久，酒店就開始清理泳池了，也不管裏面的住客。離店後，我發現預授權莫名其妙被扣款了，打電話去問，前台説他們失誤，把其他住客的消費扣到我頭上了。 再説保潔：每天的房屋打掃標準都不一樣，第一天還算滿意。第二天浴室沒弄，把服務員叫來重弄，一塊抹布從枱麪擦到地上，再從地上擦到牆上，真的是不如不擦。給的礦泉水是開過封的。 最後説最差的餐廳：他們的早餐48元一份，是例份，不是自助餐。就一小碗粥，一小段油條，一小碟榨菜，和一小碟青椒肉片，還有一個白饅頭，一段玉米，一段山葯，很小一杯牛奶還衹倒半杯。住了三天都一樣。第一天吃的時候因為都是乾的，牛奶很少，太乾吃不下去，問餐廳服務員續杯，她説衹能續一次，同行的其他人見狀都不續杯了。聽大堂前台説早飯是可以選粥或者麪的，就在前台訂了麪，當時餐廳經理也在，等第二天早飯，餐廳的服務員説沒有人通知，衹有粥。我讓他們把餐廳經理叫來，順便投訴了牛奶衹有矮腳杯半杯。經理説沒有高杯子，我説這不是問題，我們一起五個人，可以給我們一紮放在旁邊我們自己續杯。經理同意，並且説從來沒有續杯衹能續一次的規定。並且讓人下了一大碗非常難吃的，爛無爛糟的素麪，讓我們分着吃。第三天早飯，我們早上八點半有事情，所以七點五十分就到餐廳，但是居然服務員還沒有上班，衹有廚師，我問八點整能否吃到早飯，回答沒有問題。後來等到八點二十分才上早飯，服務員説不知道廚師怎麼答覆我的。別家早飯都是七點多就開始的，而且是自助餐，到了就能吃，吃什麼隨意，也沒有限量。這家早餐是是八點，其實八點員工才上班，如果不催，八點半可能才能吃到。有其他住客等的時候餓得前心貼後背。再説正餐，第一次碰到，夏天大酒店的冰啤酒是現冰的，就是服務員給你常温的，再給你一桶冰，像紅酒，自己放裏面冰鎮，第二天我們去的晚，冰桶衹有一個杯其他桌用了，經理親自拿出一個放菜的大託盤，放冰塊。 這個酒店最大的問題就是“我不知道，沒人跟我説”這個是他們的口頭禪，也是尚方寶劍。作為客人，我們不知道要把一件事告訴多少人，才能辦成，沒有問題。顧客第一的服務理念他們根本沒有，傘自己要用，自己不能淋濕，客人沒關係。清理泳池管你有沒有客人，管你這個時間是否合適，想清理就清理。就連打掃衞生的阿姨都説早餐是可以選擇的，但餐廳就是不告訴你，在你主動問的時候還裝傻説沒有選擇。雖然麪也不好吃，但你為了圖自己省事，故意隱瞞客人就是不對…… 反正，服務不好的還有的説，不高興打字了，這是我第一次在評論區説一家酒店不好，這不是我一個人的感受，吃早飯的時候旁邊的客人都説服務差，以後不會再光顧了。這家酒店收着高端酒店的錢，服務還不如便捷酒店和普通民宿。當然，不是所有的服務人員都差勁，起碼婷婷還是給我留下了好的印象。 最後附上一張早餐圖片。另外説一下，我在該酒店另外一個訂單評論給了好評，僅僅因為對婷婷的好感。還有就是那是一張直播間優惠券囤的房券，主播説有早餐，到了後酒店説主播瞎説，特價券沒有早餐，我説這個情況不應該讓客人買單，後來酒店説給他們好評就送我早餐券。48元其實不貴，但是如果自掏腰包吃的是這樣的東西，接受這樣的服務真的吐血"

"This guesthouse was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless and decorated like home, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. The owners were incredibly kind; they not only helped us plan our itinerary but also cooked us a local breakfast – so heartwarming! The view from the window was of lush green rice paddies; waking up to the sounds of insects in the morning and watching the sunset paint the sky red in the evening was amazing.
