I got the ticket time wrong when I returned to Paris. When I found out, there were still two hours left. She helped to contact the airport and adjust the time so that I could catch the plane. "Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance)."

"About 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal but only a minute walk to the beach and the many cafes, beachfront restaurants and mini supermarkets.Very clean hotel and room with all toiletries except toothbrush. Very clean bedsheets and towels and Very comfortable bed. High recommended to stay in this hotel and the hotel was gracious to present a gift personally handcrafted by the owner's wife. Had an excellent stay. Thank you"

"A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!"

"A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊. The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room. The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island. The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities. In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed during the honeymoon, all kinds of top experience, hearty homemade breakfast, sea view, swimming pool, comfortable big bed... Yannis who is very attentive to us, I like to travel around, guys who communicate with others, Tell us about the local customs and attractions. The experience is great! The traffic is not particularly remote. If you are willing to walk, you can walk to Fira and the cliff trail in less than 20 minutes."
