"This was our second visit in 3 years to Puebloastur, and we worried that it couldn't live up to our first perfect visit - luckily we were wrong! Once again the people who work there made it an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive everyone is so welcoming and attentive, your bags are whisked away to your room, and you're given a tour of the property - and what a property! The buildings are so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the view down the mountain valleys is one of the best I've seen anywhere. The food is wonderful at their restaurant, and on our second night Abdou gave us a dinner experience that we'll remember for years to come. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay such a memorable experience. We will be back!!"

"Overall beautiful experience. Amazing art works to admire. A place to relax surrounded by nature. The most exceptional experience is waking up to breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. That’s what would really take me back to the resort. Decoration of the room is beautiful, clean and quite, although I expected the bed to be more comfortable. The staff is extremely kind although I felt they fell short on people and some of the waiters felt a bit stressed. Food was fantastic."

"Total disappointment. We returned 10 years later and it was horrible. First of all, cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, the bathrooms could be cleaner. I don't know if they charge a fortune for toilet paper since they put out rolls that are almost finished. Breakfast is another matter, which for four packaged buns, a few slices of bread and a bit of salami charges €6 is amazing. And now the worst, a transit hotel, and since you have the room near the elevator or the stairs, forget about sleeping after 6 in the morning. Among people who have very little education, and the doors should be oiled at least once every five years and the door brakes checked, as I said... insomnia for sure. So much so that we left a paid night without enjoying it and left early."
