Find Pensions in Istanbul

"It is very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. For those who are visiting Istanbul for the first time, please note that there are many ups and downs in this city. This B&B is one of the ones that does not require many ups and downs. The reception guy is very friendly, and the guy at the breakfast shop downstairs is also very friendly. Overall, this price, location and service are worth it."

"Advantages: 1. Great location The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's old town, within walking distance of the world famous attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapa Palace. It is very convenient to travel. Walking on the Goose*Stone Street in the morning or evening, you can feel the grandeur and charm of historical buildings up close, as if you are crossing time and space. 2. Architectural styles that blend history and modernity The hotel building itself has a deep historical heritage, and some areas retain the architectural characteristics of the Ottoman Empire, such as ancient stone walls, arched doors and windows, etc., while the interior decoration is integrated with modern design elements, creating a classical and comfortable living atmosphere. The rooms are decorated with traditional Turkish carpets, handicrafts and modern amenities, with the details being carefully designed. 3. Comfortable stay The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water supply and some rooms are equipped with bathtubs for relaxation. In addition, the hotel has excellent sound insulation, and you can enjoy a quiet rest even in the lively streets of the old town. 4.Quality service The hotel staff is warm and friendly and the service is attentive. From the warm reception at check-in to the daily intimate service (such as providing travel advice, assisting in transportation arrangements, etc.), people feel the warmth of being at home. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the local history and culture, and can provide guests with a wealth of information and help. 5. Food and View The hotel's restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and local specialties, fresh ingredients and authentic tastes. Some hotels also have a rooftop restaurant or terrace where guests can enjoy a meal while enjoying the magnificent views of Istanbul's Old Town, including the sea view of the Bosphorus, the scenery of Golden Horn Bay and the mosque minarets in the distance. The streets of the old town are narrow and traffic is relatively inconvenient, and it may take some time and energy to carry luggage for guests with large luggage. · Parking is limited in some hotels, and if you are traveling by car, you may need to book in advance or find a parking lot around you. Summary: This old Istanbul hotel is the perfect place to explore this historic city. It not only provides comfortable accommodation and quality service, but also allows guests to deeply integrate into the local historical and cultural atmosphere and feel the unique charm of Istanbul. Whether it is history buffs, cultural explorers or travelers seeking a romantic holiday, it is a memorable time to spend here."

"The room is great with complete facilities, location not far from the Sultanahmet area, only 10 minutes walk.."

"Good location, good service attitude, very good value for money! The shower was not good. The first day was full of water, and then I had to wash it with my hand."

"A quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees. The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney. The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea. The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point. The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too. The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting. The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea. Overall a fantastic stay."

"The boss is very nice, there is a group photo without a single photo. Just beside the cathedral, it is very convenient to go out. The room was very general, even the mineral water was not delivered, the kettle was not available, but it had no effect on backpackers. Many nights at the door have eaten and drunk. Breakfast is very nice!"
