"Perched on a cliff, the views from this guesthouse are, of course, incredible. The only minor workout is the uphill walk back after exploring, haha. To the left of the guesthouse entrance, you'll quickly reach Xiyang Bay, boasting super beautiful scenery. Turn right and head downhill; a short walk following your navigation will lead you directly to the town center. The large swimming pool features a swing chair, perfect for sitting in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze, and watching the sunset. It's incredibly relaxing, as the platform offers wide, unobstructed views. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The only slight hiccup was the balcony door; I couldn't figure out how to open it for a long time, and the front desk eventually had to come up and show me. Otherwise, everything else was perfectly fine. Each room receives two complimentary drinks; just ask the bar. They also provide a convenient free pier shuttle service. All my photos were taken within the guesthouse grounds. There's no need to even step out; you can easily spend hours capturing beautiful shots right here. The lower level, in particular, has a wonderful Moroccan vibe. On checkout day, the kind lady at the bar noticed me waiting for my driver and thoughtfully brought me a complimentary slice of watermelon."

"Overall, I am very satisfied. The homestay environment is especially suitable for my lazy holiday travel. "After the typhoon, I decided to go to Shengsi, which I had always longed for. I really liked the room and it felt safe to curl up in bed and watch the projection. Take a bath at night and look at the night sea outside the window. Although the sea was not blue when I came, I was really healed by the room! Let me praise the service again. They picked up and dropped off your luggage, delivered it to your room, and provided welcome fruit and red wine. It was great to have everything catered to. It's a new business, so everything is great! Worth it!"

GGuest UserI came to Gouqi Island with my friends and stayed for two days. Let’s talk about the advantages first: [1] The location is really good. It is next to Dawang Beach and seafood street. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is also very close to Dawang Bus Station. You can take the bus to the pier and save money. [2] The overall accommodation environment is good. The landlord's aunt and uncle are very nice and kind. They will take the initiative to say hello and introduce the driver. There are some slight flaws: 【1】The bath water is not too hot. Fortunately, it is not too cold in this season. I took a cold bath for two days and overall it was okay. I asked the landlady and she said it was a problem with the water pressure. It was true that the water flow was small, but it wasn't very warm either. I originally wanted to ask the landlady again what was going on, but since the weather was not cold I could make do with it, so I decided not to. [2] The sound insulation of the room is not very good. We live in a room at the entrance of the stairs. Basically, we can hear the sounds outside clearly at night and in the morning. Sometimes we encounter noisy residents, which is a bit unbearable. But overall I am quite satisfied with it. After all, the B&Bs on the island are not cheap, the standard room is less than 300 per night, and the environment is not bad. I am personally quite satisfied. I didn’t take any pictures of the room, but they are basically the same as those on Ctrip.

The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and communication was a breeze. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the whole place felt cozy and comfortable. Excellent value for money, a perfect stay, and definitely worth coming back to. A special shout-out to the owner, who was so welcoming and considerate. Right after I booked, they called to offer travel tips, which was a huge help since it was my first time in Shengsi. There are also two adorable dogs in the courtyard. In the evenings, a few of us young people had drinks and chatted about life – I've never felt so relaxed. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again!

A pair of uncles and aunts operated the room. It was very clean and well-equipped. The uncles and aunts were very good. I went out to play in the evening without a coat and trousers.
