1. Price: I won't comment too much, as each B&B's location selection is driven by the owner's own ideas and philosophy, and everyone has their own opinions.
2. Location: It's not remote, but it's not central either, so there's not much to say.
3. Room Facilities: I booked a room on the second floor, on the edge. It wasn't large. Welcome fruit was provided, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The next morning, I was woken by the sounds of renovations in the neighboring house. Honestly, not getting enough rest while traveling is not a good experience for me.
4. Service: It was average. They contacted me before arrival to provide directions. I have one suggestion: I hope the service quality, including the communication with guests, could be improved. Often, guests don't raise issues, but what matters most is the attitude they receive."

"I'll just talk about the shortcomings. Look at the merits of others.
First of all, let’s just say, can you believe that in a room with an area of more than 1,500 people, the sewer pipe is leaking?
The odor was so severe that there were no doors to the bedroom or bathroom. I can only sleep with the smell.
Second, I booked a room with a panoramic king bed, but the glass was covered with mud spots.

Third, the entire hotel is in a semi-finished state. The bar downstairs is still being renovated, and the sound of electric drills can be heard from time to time.
Fourth, the rights and interests prompt that you can upgrade the room type for free, but the front desk tells you that the upgrade is not possible, and you have already booked the highest room type. I checked and found that there are actually more than 2,000 rooms left. If you don’t want to upgrade, just tell me.
Fifth, the hygiene is worrying, the sofa cushions are dirty and the sink is dirty.
Sixth, the decorators piled the corridors with building materials, which looked very vivid. I understand, it's decoration, but talking on the phone loudly in the corridor really affects your rest. I really can't stand this.

"The owner was very welcoming and gave me plenty of travel tips if I added him on WeChat in advance. The beach is less than three minutes away, so I brought my kids along, and they loved it. There are two raccoons in the shop that the kids really enjoyed interacting with, and the ice cream was delicious. We booked the second floor, which offers a sea view. The room had two large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the view wasn't as full as on the third floor. If you want a sea view, book the third floor. The first day was cloudy, and the air conditioning was just right at night. The second morning was sunny, but I woke up at around 7:00 AM from the heat. Breakfast isn't available, so you need to go to a nearby restaurant (which we couldn't find 🤣) or the morning market (which we didn't get up). Torch 8th Street, Golden Beach, and Oulefang are all nearby, and you can rent an electric scooter to explore the coastline. The Manhai Tingfeng Music Bar next to the Golden Bay Pier is fantastic. It's a beautiful experience to enjoy the sea breeze, eat barbecue, and sing songs. The sunset was also beautiful, and we caught it. The only downside to our stay was that our vacation was cut short, we couldn't check in on the last day, and the third-party penalty was quite high, with 50% of the room rate deducted, bringing the total to 941 per night. The B&B owner offered another solution to avoid our losses (but I don't know when we'll be back next time, so I might not even come). I was a bit careless on this trip, and next time I go, I'll book fewer nights to avoid any further complications. Weihai is beautiful, with many beautiful B&Bs and hotels along the coast, each with its own unique style, making for excellent photo opportunities. Torch 8th Street is just a long street with a bathing beach at the end, but it was incredibly crowded. Sunset Castle is not recommended; it's quite a distance from Xiaoshi Island, closed when we visited, and quite dated. Naxianghai is relatively fun, and the Shendiao Zoo, Chengshantou, and Hailu Island are all worth a visit."

"We chose a location close to Hanlefang, thinking it would be more convenient. There is a parking lot, underground. I was surprised, it was a bit scary. The same thing happened with the elevator. We waited for 10 minutes. I don't know if it was because of the rush hour. After we reached the 12th floor, fortunately we didn't have to change floors. The soundproofing was average, but fortunately the guests were civilized and didn't make any loud noises. The room was cleaned very well."

"The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with good ventilation and lighting. It was a sea view room with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom had a slight odor, but the water heater was fantastic, making for a very comfortable shower. The location is superb, with convenient bus stops nearby. Behind the hotel is Linhai Park, and if you walk through the park's steps, you'll reach Torch Eight Street and the beach bathing area, which is very convenient. If you're feeling energetic, you can even follow the coastline to Xiaoshidao for some beachcombing."

"First of all, the bedding in the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the homestay was relatively new and there were not many comments. I was quite bottomless, but the first day arrived, the boss sister waited for us to 11 pm, opened the room air conditioning in advance, prepared iced watermelon, as soon as I entered the lobby door on the first floor, it was fragrant. The decoration of the room is particularly warm and has a faint fragrance. The shampoo is Korean and it is very easy to use! Also, the homestay is not 2 minutes to the beach, and it is very convenient to walk the dog in the morning! The breakfast is very rich, and the roujiamo, beef noodles and egg tarts are unexpectedly delicious! Although the naughty castle downstairs is not big, it is enough for children to play for a long time. Going downstairs is the beach, and there is a long coastal trail. It is very convenient to run and catch the sea in summer. The disadvantage is that the location is a bit far, and there are no places to eat nearby. The nearest one is Kowloon City, which is 2 kilometers away. The service is a bit flawed. We stayed for five consecutive days and the room was cleaned at night one day. In general, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits. I still recommend it!

GGuest UserThe beach is incredibly close and wonderfully uncrowded. Kids had a blast finding small crabs and shells while digging in the sand, making for a really relaxing experience. All hotel terraces offer direct sea views, and the resort grounds are very quiet, making it perfect for families. The guesthouse reception even lends out sand-digging tools, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. When it rained on our second morning and we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, they thoughtfully delivered it directly to our room. Electric scooters are available for rent right outside, which you can ride directly to the Bruce shipwreck, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the entire route.

The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. 房間設施齊全：有吹風機、電視、空調、洗漱用品，還提供了一次性和可重複使用的毛巾。窗外景色也很美（衹要不盯着樓下的工地看😂）。唯一的小建議是希望每天能清理垃圾，因為堆積起來不太衞生。
酒店位置很方便，離威海站和海上公園都很近。老闆娘人超級友善，有任何問題都會熱心幫忙。總體來説，性價比很高，推薦！
Although the hotel building looks a bit old from the outside, the rooms inside are newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable! I originally booked a very small room （just a bed and a tiny bathroom）, but the hostess was so kind and upgraded me to a more spacious one.
The room is well-equipped: it has a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, toiletries, and both disposable and reusable towels. The view from the window is also nice （as long as you ignore the construction site downstairs 😂）. The only small suggestion is that I wish the trash could be taken out daily, as it piles up and isn’t very hygienic.
The location is convenient, close to Weihai Station and Haishang Park. The hostess is super friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Overall, great value for money—highly recommended!
