Pet friendly Hotels in Benito Juarez

"The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels.  The rooms were big, nicely decorated and clean but there was a distinct smell of cigarettes from previous guests which was not pleasant. We asked for a coffee and pastry for breakfast but were only allowed to have these if we paid for the expensive buffet which was not great value( USD20 /person). The shuttle was very disappointing..I  booked it a week in advance and had to chase for a confirmation.   I received a message to WhatsApp the driver when I arrived in the terminal which I did from the baggage hall. I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey. It would be much more professional if the driver held up a sign with the guests name, as other hotels of a similar Hotel standard did. If the Hilton were to rectify the issues above, then I believe it would be good value for money."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience."

"1. The hotel's location is great, with bus lines R1 and R2 right outside, which is very convenient. 2. The room I booked was a bit noisy, facing the street, so you could hear cars passing by, but it was still tolerable and acceptable. 3. Breakfast was decent. They said bottled water would be provided, but there wasn't any in the room when I checked in. After calling, it took quite a while for it to be delivered. The next day, after the room was cleaned, there still wasn't any, and I had to ask for it. I'm not sure why. 4. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, and the environment is lovely."

"The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport."

"Friendly staff, close to the airport, breakfast good, all in all good price/value. Only crit: the provided shuttle runs only until 10 pm; when arriving late you’ll have bad luck and will be a victim of the CUN Taxi maf-ia (means you’ll pay about 40/50 USD). This would made other more expensive options even closer to the airport more attractive (as no Taxi required)."

"Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay."

"The location is good, the facilities are all there but they are quite basic. The price/performance ratio is already very high, and it is worth mentioning that the boss is very friendly and can speak English! He is always willing to help me. I didn't bring enough cash to buy water, and the boss gave me a discount of four pesos..."

"There isn't much to eat around the hotel. However, the rooms actually have kitchens, and there's a large desk in the room, which is very convenient for using a laptop. Many people online said the hotel breakfast was terrible, but I found it to be okay; at least there were plenty of meat dishes and yogurt. In the evening, some snacks and drinks are available on the rooftop, and the view is also nice. There are two rooftop pools, one on each side."
