One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special."

"Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children."

Everything from shopping and dining to attractions is within easy reach, yet the hotel itself is a tranquil oasis, providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding pristine, and the bathroom gleamed. The air was fresh and pleasant. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are complete and practical. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep, and thoughtful amenities like air conditioning and an air purifier were much appreciated. The staff were a true highlight – everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was warm and friendly, always greeting guests with a smile, patiently answering questions, and even hand-drawing maps to help with directions, which made me feel incredibly welcome. In summary, with its convenient location, pristine environment, excellent facilities, and attentive service, this is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Osaka. My only regret is that this was just a stopover for me, and I only stayed for one day before heading to Kyoto. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Osaka."

"Stayed 3 nights. Very accessible location, though about a 20+ minute walk from OCAT—carrying luggage was quite an experience 😄 Room was clean and felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which helped since I worked during my stay. Amenities are on the ground floor, and I appreciated the umbrellas they lend during rainy days. The reception lighting is a bit dim, which may be part of the hotel’s design or ambiance. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka. Thank you!"

"Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy 🏡, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage 🧳. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛. Highly recommended!"

"- Spa was good, breakfast was good. - Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around. - Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby. - After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience."

"The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot, yet it's just a short walk to Nakanoshima Park and a straight 500-meter shot to the Umeda commercial district. The room is spacious, and the bar counter by the entrance is very practical for making coffee or tea. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the lounge area in the lobby; it has a fireplace in the evenings, and sitting by it to read was very peaceful. On the second floor, there's a laundry room and a gym with professional equipment. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service; their advice is always very knowledgeable. Plus, there's a free coffee machine in the lobby."

Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city."

"In general, the hotel is absolutely ok. The price is affordable and the interior is new and wealthy. The location is recommendable with close public transport, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a coin laundry. The hotel has a shared room on the second floor with free coffee, tea, and water. Every day they have free beer happy hour from 6 to 7 including a DJ performance. I would not recommend it to families with children or to people who prefer a “standard” hotel. Usually, hotels in Japan are super child-friendly, but there are no products for children (toothbrushes, pyjamas, slippers, etc.). The breakfast is in our opinion not worth it. It is good in terms of taste, but they do not have a buffet. There are some different sandwiches you can choose 3 (this is limited and when I asked why the answer was: “If they do not limit I could eat 10”. They have no variation in the sandwiches so when you have breakfast there for a week you've eaten all at least once or twice. Here as well nothing for kids so I paid full price breakfast for my son and the only thing he got was some juice. For us, another no-go was the super loud music in the public area (there is the breakfast room). You can enjoy your morning coffee with electronic dance music. The hotel has no laundry, but they offer a service. You can bring your clothes no matter how many and get them back for 5000¥ cleaned and dry. The coin washer 2minutes away is 900¥ for 8kg in 1h. For younger people or for 1-2 nights absolutely ok. Breakfast better go out to one of the 1000 coffees and enjoy a wider choice."

"The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the two 1.5-meter beds were still enough for our family of three. Perhaps due to its location, the price was only 300 RMB less than a Marriott I booked, but the living experience was worlds apart. The room felt a bit cramped for three people, and there wasn't even space in the bathroom for my toiletry bag. Maybe it's fine for a solo traveler. The biggest flaw of this hotel is the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear normal conversations from next door, which made me worry about my sleep, but it turned out okay in the end. There are breakfast places nearby, and we walked a few steps to a delicious BBQ place for dinner. The next day, we walked to Daimaru Department Store in under 10 minutes. The hotel's location and convenience are undeniable. There's a massage chair in the lobby that you can use for free for 15 minutes, which is a huge plus! I didn't try the free noodles in the evening or the breakfast, so I can't comment on those. I forgot to take pictures of the interior, so the attached photo is of my favorite breakfast spot nearby."
