"This is our third time booking the Dragon Dream Ancient Town Hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations! The hotel has a grand Chinese style, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The balcony offers an expansive view; we booked a scenic room and enjoyed watching the ancient town's night view in the evening, and even the fireworks show from bed – a perfect experience. The penguin exhibit in the lobby is still a favorite with the kids and is quite unique. The underground passage leads directly to the performing arts complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient town and see shows without being exposed to the elements or having to take a detour. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Parking is free for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting the Grand Circus and the Animal World. It's suitable for both family trips and romantic getaways. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Service: The service was excellent. A specialist contacted us a day in advance to help arrange a room with a fantastic view of the fireworks. They even sent a reminder message when it was time. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I'm very satisfied. Facilities: It's a bit of a shame there's no fridge. The foot traffic is really high. We stayed two nights but couldn't get a table at the rooftop restaurant. The performance venue is conveniently located right across the street, but it gets very crowded and a bit hot. It's better to watch the fire show and fireworks from the room. Overall, I'm very happy with the room."

"The hotel left a strong impression of disparity. While the exterior facade looked grand, the interior hardware, climate control, bathroom facilities, and overall hygiene all had significant shortcomings. 1. **Ineffective Climate Control Throughout:** The cooling in all public areas, including the lobby and restaurant, was extremely poor, making prolonged stays uncomfortable. Some areas even relied on portable air coolers. The in-room air conditioning barely functioned; it needed to be set to 1-2℃ and run for several hours before the room temperature would slowly drop. 2. **Aging and Damaged Bathroom Facilities, Poor User Experience:** The bathroom equipment showed severe wear and tear. The showerhead was badly clogged, resulting in a sporadic, weak trickle of water. When attempting to fill the bathtub, water leaked out as it was being filled. The bathroom facilities clearly lacked regular inspection and maintenance. 3. **Inadequate Room Hygiene Control, Prominent Insect Problem:** Small flying insects frequently appeared in the room, on the duvet, and on the curtains. Although there was a sign on the balcony door instructing guests to contact staff if they saw insects, it begs the question of why daily pest control isn't proactively performed during cleaning. 4. **Set-top Box Repeatedly Crashed for No Reason.** On the bright side, the hotel staff's attitude and response speed were satisfactory."

"As soon as I entered the manor, I felt another space. It is a homestay with pursuit and warmth. It is the absolute first choice for those who like quiet and private enjoyment. I stayed for two nights and it rained all day. I read books, listened to music and the sound of rain in the room. I got rid of the previous fatigue and completely completed a recharge. I felt that my whole body was creating positive cells. Let me talk about a few more features: 1. The restaurant is delicious. I experienced breakfast and dinner. The Chinese food prepared by the chef with fresh ingredients of the day was very good. The children at home were very happy. 2. The housekeeper and staff are very friendly and warm. They also helped us arrange a VIP boat tour to the manor in the wetland park on the other side. 3. The room is very large. Those who like wooden pastoral style will definitely enjoy it. "We stayed in the main building. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was my first time seeing a buffet breakfast that included rice balls! The lawn in front of the main building was perfect for kids to run around, and there were chairs set up, making it a great spot for photos. There were even goalposts on the grass, but unfortunately, no soccer ball, and I didn't bring one either. That's my only regret. The hotel's children's facilities were also very comprehensive. There's an indoor playground, which is great for hot days, and an outdoor playground too. The weather wasn't too hot that day, so the kids had a blast at the outdoor playground. There were also plenty of hotel vehicles (toy cars/bikes), and I got lots of smiling photos of my child. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the trip."

This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance.
