The cleanliness was also good, which was acceptable for us traveling with a baby. Since our baby is quite young, we brought our own set of sheets, a summer blanket, and a pillow, but the hotel's bedding felt pretty good too. Environment: The room came with a balcony, so the view was incredible. We could see Taihu Lake in the distance. The 27th-floor buffet breakfast restaurant was huge and offered even better views. Service: It was truly too crowded during the summer holiday. The hotel was hosting a lot of guests, which felt a bit overwhelming with people everywhere. However, the convenience was great. From the hotel's underground parking, you just cross a bridge directly to the scenic spot, which was perfect for watching the fireworks and 'Dahuo' (iron flowers) at night. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and they gave us a very quiet room; it wasn't noisy at all."

"The hotel was excellent, and we were upgraded to a Lake Taihu view room with fantastic scenery. The breakfast was also very rich and plentiful. We brought our child, and had many personalized requests, asking for various things to be delivered, which were all quickly responded to and satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased. If I had to mention a drawback, it's that Dragon Dream is simply too big. During the summer, it's very crowded. Getting from the hotel to the Grand Circus, Performance City, and Animal Park was convenient, but getting back was pretty challenging, especially after the Grand Circus show ended. Driving would get stuck in traffic, and the shuttle bus required long queues. One point of criticism is about the Grand Circus. If you buy a guest ticket and can't upgrade to VIP or Supreme, you have to arrive very early to queue and grab a good seat. Otherwise, without a good spot, you really can't see anything. Is it that hard to implement assigned seating and tiered sales? Having to queue in the summer with multiple children in tow was truly unbearable. I hope this feedback can be relayed to the scenic area for improvement."

"This was a truly awful experience. First, upon check-in, the front desk staff was unfamiliar with their system. They couldn't find my reservation at first. After I showed them my Ctrip order, they found it but said I had only booked for two nights, even though my booking was for three. Eventually, she found another two-night reservation, claiming it was from an agent, but I only ever had one continuous three-night booking with Ctrip. It wasn't my fault at any point, but the front desk showed no apology and was unfriendly. It was only when I angrily threatened to complain to Ctrip that they finally sorted out my three-night continuous stay. Secondly, there was absolutely no contact from any butler or staff throughout my stay. I wasn't informed about local tourist attractions or performances, and there was simply no service provided. Thirdly, on my second day, at 1:30 PM, while I was resting in my room, I was disturbed by a phone call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I'm a light sleeper, and this interruption meant I couldn't get back to sleep for the next 45 minutes, no matter how hard I tried. Because of this midday disturbance, I developed a headache later that afternoon and evening (I suffer from migraines, which typically flare up when I'm overworked and haven't rested well, but usually subside after rest. I hadn't had an attack for six months – thanks a lot!). I angrily complained to Ctrip that afternoon, and they forwarded it to the 'manager.' The manager called to offer a verbal apology but essentially implied that since there were two separate bookings, they called me. Later, listening to a recording I casually made, it was clear that your phone staff knew I had a booking for the next day and were asking if I wanted to extend *tomorrow afternoon*. Is this how your hotel treats guests? Disturbing a guest's rest, and the manager just offers a verbal apology, primarily shifting blame to the reseller. Fourthly, most of the scenic family rooms offer a side view. I requested a front-facing room or a higher floor, but was told there were very few available and I'd have to wait until the next day after check-out. I didn't want the hassle, so I settled, and thankfully, I could still see the fireworks completely. Compared to our stay at Moganshan Senbo Kaiyuan, this hotel is just a hotel. The breakfast was especially poor, there was no service to speak of, no butler, and they even call you during your midday nap. They refuse to admit their mistakes, always blaming the agent. There's simply no service attitude or quality to be found. Oh, and speaking of breakfast, the breakfast staff charged us 38 RMB. Even after showing her our breakfast-inclusive booking for three people, it took until the second day for a refund. And then she claimed it was our fault for not asking for the refund when we left on the first day."

The hotel environment is lovely, with lush greenery, mountains, and water. The hotel's recreational facilities are quite extensive and perfect for families with children. There were even skateboards and water guns available for rent by the pool, which the kids really enjoyed. However, the female staff member at the boat rental lacked service awareness. It suddenly started pouring rain while we were boating, and she came over with an umbrella for herself but didn't bring any for us. This left the elderly and children to disembark in the rain, which was a very unpleasant experience. I hope this can be improved. Another minor regret is that I didn't get to see the fire pot performance! I'd definitely come back for a second visit if I get the chance."

"Booked this Jielu Mountain Inn in early spring to relax. The public area is decorated with a festive atmosphere. The boss is always smiling and the service is impeccable. "Location & Transportation: This hotel is ideal for those traveling by car. The owner has essentially taken over an entire mountain, from the lake at the bottom to the tea house at the top, with fruit orchards and vegetable gardens in between. You can pick different fruits depending on the season. Hygiene: Very clean! Not a single strand of hair in the lobby. The cleaning staff starts early in the morning and is still tidying up past 11 PM, even meticulously cleaning each window. Breakfast: I had read reviews saying the breakfast had limited options, but this time, there were so many varieties! Plus, the stir-fried dishes changed daily. Perhaps because they're farm-to-table, all the vegetables were incredibly delicious and sweet! They also had pickled vegetables and bamboo shoot noodles, just like childhood. Service: All the staff greet you warmly; it feels more like a family-run hotel. If you're comparing it to a five-star hotel, you might find some differences, but the staff, especially the young ladies, remember your face. If you forget your key card and go to the front desk, they'll know your room number just by looking at you. A special shout-out to the young lady with an oval face and ponytail; she walked us to the door when we left and invited us back when the 'fried' season (likely a local delicacy or fruit) starts in August. Restaurant: The restaurant food is excellent! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the fish head and tofu soup; it has absolutely no fishy taste! And the prices are very reasonable. Room Facilities: Since we stayed in a basic room type this time, the room wasn't huge, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The only drawback is that the mountain opposite is a coal mine, which slightly affects the scenery. Activities: You can choose from paid activities like fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rides. Any fish you catch can be prepared for free at the restaurant."
