The location is excellent; the hotel and its surroundings have a charming, antique architectural design. The Meicheng Market Street is just a short walk away, which was super convenient. It’s a perfect hotel for exploring the local area."

"The first time I came to Jiande, I was attracted by the Xin'an River scenery here, which was very charming. I chose Radisson Hotel ranking and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and sent a small New Year gift to the children. The hotel is also very warm and provides water. The children ate two bowls in one breath. It turned out that the aunt hand-packed it was very warm. Jiande will come next time, breakfast is also very good"

"I highly recommend this place for vacation🏖️ First of all, you have to like a relaxing, peaceful, and sparsely populated vacation. If you like it, come here. This time I went to Hangzhou, I avoided crowded attractions throughout the trip. Drive a self-driving tour and find any place you want to go on the map. The place I recommend today is 1.5 hours drive from downtown Hangzhou. This homestay is amazing. There is a parking lot at the door, which is super convenient. The homestay is very large, a single-family house, and has front and back yards. The front yard is used for relaxation, drinking tea, and lawns. There are flowers and plants in the backyard, butterflies flying around, and you can walk directly out to the ancient town, but outsiders will not disturb the homestay guests. The service is really in place. After checking in, there will be a WeChat group to introduce you to nearby attractions and food. So thoughtful! ! The homestay is a single-family house with a swimming pool. The interior is super clean, not inferior to the quality of the hotel. Disinfectant tissues are also placed next to the electric toilet, which is very considerate. The hotel's disposable items are also quite exquisite. I took away the beautiful soap without using it, hehe😁 When I went there, it was 657 per night, with afternoon tea and souvenirs."

"First off, the hotel room was very clean, and the bed was huge, 1.35*2 meters. It could be combined, perfect for two adults and two children! The King Koil mattress made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel environment is excellent, offering lake views and featuring a large lawn, an outdoor pool, and a super-sized indoor kids' play area. There are also many parent-child activities, like making traditional Chinese medicine sachets and baking bread in a kiln, which were fantastic! Even on a rainy day, we weren't bored staying at the hotel. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful; knowing we had a baby, they provided a bed rail and upgraded us to a lake-view room. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my older and younger kids loved it. The hotel is very close to the Southeast Lake Scenic Area, the Botanical Garden, Tianyu Mountain, and Lan Yue Secret Realm, which is super convenient! The only slight drawback is that the on-site Chinese lunch and dinner could be a little bit better."

"It was 40 degrees Celsius, and my kid was uncooperative the whole time, but the travel photoshoot still managed to get great shots?! This time, I brought the whole family to Fuchun Fangcaodi to escape the summer heat. It was scorching, and my child clung to me the entire time. I almost wanted to cancel the travel photoshoot I'd booked, thinking, 'With this heat and a cranky kid, what kind of photos could we possibly get?' But wow! The photographer from Xinrui Travel Photography was amazing! They patiently waited for my child to feel better, never rushing or pushing, joking with them while capturing candid moments. They only snapped furiously for the one or two minutes my child was willing to get down. When it came time to select the photos, I was stunned – even the raw unedited shots were fantastic, with perfect composition and lighting. You couldn't tell at all that my child was having a tantrum! I'm truly impressed by their skill; they literally 'made the impossible possible'! I also have to praise the customer service representative. From the moment I added them on WeChat before check-in, they were incredibly enthusiastic. They sent guides, reminded me about the weather, helped coordinate times, and answered every question with generosity and efficiency. It made me feel very comfortable. In summary: The environment at Fangcaodi is beautiful on its own, but if you book a travel photoshoot, that beauty can be wonderfully captured. Hot weather and uncooperative kids are no problem – just leave it to them!"

"Traveling with family, I booked one standard room and one king room, on different floors. Both were originally balcony rooms, but the front desk said they upgraded us. However, the standard room was changed to one without a balcony, only adding a bathtub, and it was still on a different floor. I felt it wasn't worth the change. The king room with a balcony had a great view, where you could see the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Our butler, Zhang, was also very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!"

What's more, the room's cleanliness was noteworthy – from the floor and desktop to the bedding and bathroom, everything was spotless, even the nooks and crannies were sparkling clean, ensuring the client had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Beyond the impressive room, the hotel's amenities also earned high praise from the client. In the morning, they enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Milan Western Restaurant, which offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly baked bread, local Chun'an specialties, fresh fruits, hot porridge, and pastries were all available, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste – a perfect way to start the day. During their leisure time, the client experienced the hotel's wellness hot spring pools. The 7 unique hot spring pools nestled among the pine trees each offered different benefits. Soaking in the warm spring water while gazing at the scenic beauty of Qiandao Lake was utterly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also boasts a gym, outdoor pool, and cycling trails. "Loved our family room—amazing lake and island views, quiet, with a great balcony. Big towels, clean bedding, and a fridge were nice touches. The lakeside dock, restaurant and picnic areas were perfect for swimming, eating and relaxing. Downsides: The pool (filled with cloudy slimy lake water) and its rundown messy area weren’t appealing. Hallway carpets and elevator had mold, needing deep cleaning. Still, great value for the location. Don’t really need the pool with the lake so close. We’d return but hope they address the maintenance issues."
