"The Hotel in general looks good and not bad, the location are close to the metro station but its to busy and might not be the best locations for families, there is some homeless around and some street are not that clean, I won't recommended you to take the standard room with no view, its too small and there is no sun light at all. The unit isolation to be honest is bad, you will properly hear every one step in the corridor or in other rooms. The breakfast is fine, but it does not worth the value."

"While the hotel isn't in the very heart of the city, it's just a 7-minute walk to the metro station. There's a large supermarket right downstairs, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread was quite generous. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactive in offering assistance. Milan's metro system is excellent, and you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is also quite pleasant. Definitely recommended, it offers exceptional value for money!"

"This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion."

"My first dinner experience was very satisfying; the food was delicious, including the complimentary bread and breadsticks which were unforgettable. However, when I went back a few days later, something seemed to be wrong. The menu was smaller, and the service had deteriorated."

"The hotel reception is spacious by Europe standards. Checkin was seamless however we had to pay for taxes at the time of checkin. Took a little while to work out the lift as the doors don’t open automatically. You had to manually open the front door to get into a reasonable small lift that catered for 2 people and 2 luggage. It reminded me of an old school type lifts seen in movies. Rather cool. Rooms looked newly renovated and modern. Pod Coffee machine with illy pods, desk, a single chair and a wall hung tv. With this said, we had a room facing the road and whether the windows didn’t close properly or the windows were very thin with no sound proofing, but the noise from the road was bad. We were on the 5th floor and every car that went by, we heard. The heavier vehicles were worse. Does not work especially if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was average with comparison to many other hotels around the world however I would say quite sufficient by European standards. Precooked eggs, scrambled, boiled and sunny side up, basic cereal and fruit selection and bakery was a bit dry. Omelette made on order. Staff in restaurant were excellent and extremely helpful. Location was excellent for this hotel as it was walking distance from buses and train, restaurants and some markets. Communications with its reservations team was shocking. Even after 6 emails with regard to a future booking, I did not get a single reply. Eventually met the hotel manager and had the issue resolved so a big thanks to Ms. Maria. Overall, comfortable apart from the road noise. Would I book again, will not be my default hotel so I may be looking at other hotels but would not rule it out completely."

"A perfect hotel! The price is totally worth it for the facilities, breakfast, service, and especially the location. The rooftop restaurant offers a stunning, close-up view of the Acropolis – it's breathtaking! It's just a few hundred meters to the Old Town and only 600 meters to the commercial district, making it incredibly convenient."

"The room was decent, and the front desk staff were nice. The restaurant was quite lovely. It's rare to find a hotel with good value for money in Europe, and this one definitely fits the bill. It's also suitable for meetings. The surrounding area is also worth exploring."

"We were greeted by Mr George who's very friendly and helpful and checked us in immediately. Hotel provides breakfast from 6.30an to 930am which has a spread of salads, breads, croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, coffee, tea and juices. Room is fairly spacious with a balcony that oversees the main road. It can be noisy in the day because of cars and the tram but it didn't bother us as we were out. Room has a steam iron, kettle, fridge, coffee and tea sachets. Their rooftop has a pool and you can see the Acropolis in the distance. We stayed for 2 nights and booked another 2 nights on our return back to Athens because all the staff are so kind and hospitable. Highly recommended. The photos on this booking platform should be updated as it looks different. It didn't look as good in the photos but when you walk in you feel good. It is about 7 min walk from Larissi station or Metaxourghio station."

"The hotel is an overall nice hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by quite a few good restaurants. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. However, the rooms have pretty old furniture, almost zero electricity plugs in the room (and the one next to my bed stopped working the second day).Ii would recommend putting a normal hairdryer in every room instead of the old wall-hairdryer that's in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to use (gets very hot) and it is very slow. "

"Excellent location, was within walking distance of the Acropolis and Parthenon. Only down side was that Acqua Di Parma amenities were advertised but was just olive oil branded amenities when I got there. Breakfast bar was small and simple but had enough for a light breakfast. The lobby area is very small and was crowded when I arrived, filled with luggage. Probably not a good hotel if you are disabled. O"
