"It went really well. We arrived in the afternoon and checked in. They were very kind on our last day, holding our luggage for free until we left. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom had everything (even soap). Perhaps the only downside was that there was only one towel per person, which was a bit inconvenient for washing your hair."

"Hotel was a very nice experience, very unique to be out on the water with the lights on the parliament. It was a great location to walk to many of the nearby sites. We were there on some of the hottest days of the year and the aircon was working great. The outside of the boat looks like it needs to be refreshed for a little bit."

"We were quite disappointed with certain aspects of our stay. The towels had stains, there was hair in the tub, and the housekeeping room—located right next to ours—was left open most of the time, which affected the overall experience. For the price paid, we expected better.
In addition, the concierge offered little in terms of sightseeing suggestions beyond a €300 tour, which wasn’t very helpful.
That said, one of the highlights of our Budapest trip was the hotel’s Service Excellence Manager, Tamas, who gave us a comprehensive tour of the property. His warmth and hospitality stood out and truly elevated our stay."

"The idea of staying in a castle monastery is appealing, especially if you prefer a quieter side of Budapest. The room was pleasant, but not overly luxurious. The breakfast was simple, and the music was too loud when I woke up.
The location wasn’t convenient for me, and the monastery experience didn’t live up to my expectations. I stayed on the other side of Pest and had a much better time."
