"I really loved my stay here. It felt really away from the busy area and yet such an amazing view. I felt at peace here and loved every minute of my stay. I would definitely come back here again if in Cabo San Lucas. And I would recommend anyone else to stay here also. I think it is so much better than staying at those high priced resorts. "Confusion on check in as we were charged sanitation and environmental fee but our booking said we had already paid that to Trip.com. My room was great - but friends room had issues (door fell off hinges, safe didn't work and hot water didn't work - when maintenance came to fix a yellow sludge came out of the pipes!), Awesome a la carte breakfast on ground floor (could have buffet of ALC) with delicious fresh food (much nicer than buffet). Fabulous location on the marina and free parking. This is my second stay and would stay again. This was my first Trip.com experience so was cautious - but it was awesome. I got a great hotel in Cabo for the lowest price of all platforms."

"Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean."

"Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and in good condition, the room was very clean and tidy with a sea view! The breakfast was very varied and fresh, we really liked it!"

Front desk have troubles with my reservation, I reserved a ocean view room and they give me a parking lot view, too tired to complaint and move rooms. Everything else it was good, staff super friendly and kind."

"Really lovely hotel. Pay for a room and get a full apartment. Perfect for families with kids. Comes with little kitchenette. Close to a beach. All apartments come with view of the Arc. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from your balcony. Pools are lovely. Nice quiet area. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Would suggest renting a car to get around the area."

"Our stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short. The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way. We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience. The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity. Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience. Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room. Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much. In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo."

"Not a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort. "
