"Staying at The Pacific House during my trip to Sydney was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very convenient, close to the station and city attractions, making getting around a breeze. My room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and stylish, making me feel right at home and relaxed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, always ready to answer any questions and offering tons of practical travel advice, which made me feel very welcome. The complimentary breakfast, though simple, was a thoughtful touch, providing plenty of energy for my daily adventures. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and respected here, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Sydney; it's a place with warmth and quality. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sydney!"

"Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business."
