"The front desk staff were friendly, which was great. The remote support was also very helpful, making it easy to get assistance when unexpected issues arose. I stayed for two nights, and it was a bit disappointing that the towels weren't changed unless I specifically requested it. Making my own breakfast was a fun experience."

There should be an AC or at least a chance to open the window to get some fresh air in the room. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers for the whole floor (5 rooms for 6 or 8 people) - not ideal."
