This stay at the Sheraton Zhaoqing's Deluxe Twin Room completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is beautiful, with the Wetland Park right downstairs offering a great view. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene. It was spacious, well-equipped, and the hardware was very well maintained. The staff were professional and attentive, and check-in was efficient and smooth. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a heated swimming pool and parking. Traveling solo, I felt very safe and comfortable, and my sleep quality was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays. Overall, the value for money is high, and I would prioritize choosing this hotel again when visiting Zhaoqing.

Excellent! I had initially checked out the negative reviews and was a bit worried, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. It was very clean and hygienic, and the service was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely top-notch in his service attitude! 👍

The hotel reception is on the 4th floor. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room has a beautiful view of Xinghu Lake, and there's also a swimming pool on the east side, though I didn't get a chance to use it this time – I'll definitely come back to stay again. They also offer luggage storage after check-out, which is a great service. Recommended local specialties: Salted Duck, Special Lou Fen (mixed noodles), and Tofu Pudding.

The bedding in the luxury twin room was excellent, with two 1.5m large beds, perfect for families with kids. The location is superb, directly opposite the Seven Star Crags Archway, with a large plaza and open lake views. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste was quite good, though the quality of the milk and soy milk could be improved. Also, the air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy. I'm giving it 5 stars because I think it offers great value for money. Keep up the good work!

Traveling with seniors and kids, we booked two rooms. We anticipated it would be crowded since it was the end of summer vacation. We really appreciate Felix He for upgrading one room to a twin room with a great view, allowing us to rest for a bit. After that, we didn't mind waiting for the other room as much. The rooms are very spacious. We asked for a playpen and a toilet seat for the child, and they were delivered quickly. The children's play area downstairs was a big hit with the kids. The seniors initially didn't want to go for a swim, but after seeing the three small hot spring pools downstairs being cleaned and refilled through the window in the morning, they immediately went down to soak in those fresh pools 😂🤣

Even though it's a standard chain budget hotel, the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable – very clean and tidy. Our room, despite being located right by the elevator, had surprisingly good soundproofing. **Facilities**: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The shower pressure was excellent. **Cleanliness**: 5 stars **Service**: The front desk staff were quite responsive, though parking was a bit of a hassle.

Facilities: The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are also very comprehensive! I have to praise them for providing postcards! It's not just a card, they also help with stamps and mailing it out! The disposable slippers are excellent! Light but not easy to slip in~ Service: Amia and the manager, upon hearing it was my birthday, proactively helped upgrade the room for free! The manager also enthusiastically recommended a delicious restaurant! And indeed, their recommendation was spot on, haha! Also, the lid of my elder's lotion rolled under the bed. The two cleaning ladies on the 5th floor immediately came in to help lift the bed and retrieved it from the floor. Their actions were swift and very polite! We were a bit embarrassed, but they said they hoped they hadn't disturbed us, and apologized. The service is truly attentive and pays great attention to details!!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the East Gate Plaza of Seven Star Crags. We could walk to the scenic spots. The room was clean and well-maintained, with the washroom downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs, which was a nice setup. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Zhaoqing.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).
