We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, always clean and fragrant. The hotel staff were welcoming and there is a great view from the terrace where breakfast is served. The negative points are the Wi-Fi, whose signal is very weak in the room, and the lack of a hygienic shower in the bathroom, at least in the room I stayed in.

Simple hotel, more with good reception. Adequate service, easyness in the reservation confirmations. Maybe a list of nearby places for a meal or lost in the room missed. With very unstable Wi-Fi network.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Plaza Blumenau, foi uma grata surpresa. O Hotel é ótimo em todos os quesitos. Será meu preferido em Blumenau.

O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

Hotel with value not consistent with services. Hot air did not work, reception staff with an air of disregard and irony, shower with regulation problems, poor quality TV, crowded hotel with only 1 elevator working at breakfast time, breakfast with a lot of variety but with poor quality, and the worst, very torn pillowcase.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. The hotel has a great location in the Camború Balneário, but it left to wish for breakfast because the orange juice served was acetic. I had a problem with the shower, but it was solved by the hotel team.

chegamos no hotel para fazer check in e o hotel informou que o cartao tinha sido recusado e nao havia cobrança a reserva. mostrei a minha fatura do cartao com o debito e mesmo assim queriam cobrar novamente. achei um absurdo isso. tive que entrar em contato com a trip.com para resolver o problema que era pra eles resolverem. no final acou dando tudo certo.
