"Premium cottage – if you're staying at this hotel, you absolutely must book this room type! It has the best location, allowing you to watch the Northern Lights and enjoy the mountain scenery right from your room. The window alone makes it worth every penny. The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including pots, pans, forks, and spoons. There's also a sofa bed in the living area. After you check in, the staff won't enter your room. Get it? Haha! 😊 The main reason I booked this hotel is so that when my child sees a 'Frozen Planet' cover someday, I can tell them, 'We've stayed there!'"

"There's no service to review since it's fully self-service. I needed a password to check in, but it hadn't been sent by 8 PM that night, which made me really anxious. Thankfully, Trip.com kept coordinating things. The location is super convenient, right in the town center, directly across from the pier. The supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance. Most importantly, the hot water for showers is guaranteed, which definitely deserves a shout-out!"

"Awesome location, lots of cafe and restaurant nearby , clean and very good services. We stayed just a night and we were lucky to see northern light by 15 minutes walking form the hotel ( as advised by the receptionist) A perfect place to spend during your stay in lofoten ❤️"

"Had an early morning flight the next day, so this hotel was really my only option. It's self check-in and check-out, and the room facilities are quite basic, especially compared to what you'd expect during the holidays. The soundproofing is also really poor. The only upside was the breakfast, which was decent."

"The most exquisite hotel in Rofdon, the others are cabins, this is really a wooden cabin resort, there are restaurants, cafes, saunas, art galleries, observation decks. There is a living room and two rooms in the room, big enough, the bed is very comfortable."

"This is definitely a 5-star praise. Although the hotel has been maintained for some years, it is still very well maintained. We have two rooms in total, one of which is given to the invincible sea view room. The room is quite big. The facilities in the room are all available. It is almost the best accommodation in this Norwegian trip. The praise is due to flight changes. Cancellation the next night, although the type of reservation is non-cancellable, the hotel promised to cancel free of charge, it is really good, breakfast is also rich."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this reasonably priced property. The room was wonderfully cozy with a nice, comfortable bed, and the heated bathroom floor was an amazing touch after being out in the cold. The location is unbeatable, sitting within easy walking distance to several supermarkets like Rema 1000, Kiwi, Extra, and Bunnpris. We also really enjoyed the simple, lovely breakfast provided each morning. The customer service here is truly top-notch: Dorothia was fantastic and kindly carried our heavy luggage all the way up to the third floor. Justina went above and beyond by helping us heat up our dinner from the nearby Kiwi store in the microwave, and she even secured a parking spot for us on the property. The only minor drawback is that there are no cooking facilities available on-site for guests. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend it!"

"I took bus 300 from EVE airport to the hotel. I got off at the 'Circle K station' and walked across the parking lot to the hotel, which was very close. However, when I left, the navigation said it would take 7-8 minutes to walk to the next bus stop. I found this a bit confusing. I saw other reviews mentioning that the hotel would send an email with a check-in code before arrival, but I never received one! I had to proactively contact Ctrip while on the bus to the hotel, and only then did I receive the check-in email from the hotel just before arriving. The hotel elevator is quite unique and hard to spot unless you look carefully. It's right next to the sofa in the public area, but there's no clear sign! Many people searched for a long time, and the elevator requires manual operation. The room size is a bit small, with a private bathroom. For Svolvær, where prices are high, this price point offers great value for money! Crucially, breakfast is included. While the variety isn't huge, the quality is good, which I really liked. Each floor has a communal kitchen, but unfortunately, the induction hob in the kitchen next to our room wasn't working. Finding the communal laundry room was quite a hassle. There was no one at the front desk at the time, and I couldn't find any other staff members, so I had to ask Ctrip customer service for help. The customer service even misled us to another building, where the laundry room lacked detergent and had very few washing machines. Later, after asking other guests, I found out there's a large laundry room near the hotel entrance, complete with laundry powder. The hotel didn't clearly explain the location of the laundry room, which was a poor experience."
