The special service of the private car is very intimate. The driver arrives at the designated place on time and waits. The whole pick-up process is efficient and smooth, and there is no delay in the trip. The boss is warm and thoughtful, and the service awareness is very strong. I learned that my flight took off at 3 pm. I deliberately extended the check-out time to 12 noon for free, so that I can have more time to organize my luggage and rest before departure. This understanding makes people feel warm.
This hotel is a specialty store with a strong Asian style, retaining the original architectural charm and decoration style, while integrating the comfort of modern accommodation. Stepping into it, it seems to be in a space that integrates culture and art, the environment is quiet and elegant, and the green plants dot it, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding in the room is made of high-quality materials, soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep experience is excellent. Even if you stay for a short time, you can feel at home and comfortable.
It is worth mentioning that I temporarily asked for 4 more bottles of drinking water. I thought it would be extra charge. I didn't expect the boss to promise and insist on not collecting money. I smiled and said ”all small things”. This sincere hospitality attitude is impressive.
For passengers who need to transfer or stay for a short time, this place is not only convenient transportation, service in place, but also enjoys humanistic care that exceeds expectations. It is indeed an ideal choice for transit accommodation. It is highly recommended for travelers with similar needs.

A wonderful experience in the Heart of Casco Viejo!
Art Casco is hands-down one of the most stylish and comfortable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Casco Viejo, with historic charm all around and just steps from the waterfront, restaurants, and beautiful architecture.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There was a bit of confusion about my second day of booking, even though I had paid online. But they handled it with patience and professionalism. Please make sure this hotel gets their money—they truly deserve it.
The rooms are artistically designed, clean, and full of character. Every detail—from the artwork to the furniture—felt curated with care. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure (a big deal in Panama!).
The entire property felt like a peaceful, artistic escape from the buzz of the city. If you’re looking for a boutique stay that blends art, comfort, and outstanding service, Art Casco is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious, I got one like this, not all the rooms have a working safe, I had to move, they write that there is a safe, and then look up in surprise. I read in the reviews that the air conditioner was noisy, it hums like a turbine, I have never seen such air conditioners before, it is fixed at the bottom, square, the fan can be heard even behind the door, it is a problem to fall asleep. The staff is normal, France Square is nearby, it is beautiful, it is easy to get to the Panama Canal, there is trade right on the street around, I like it. There is a good cafe-canteen about 200 meters away, you move with a tray, you see the prepared food and show what to put on it, it is important when you do not know the language, there are first and second courses, inexpensive, tasty.

The bed and sheet are clean and changed
There is no hot water for the bath but the weather is hot so it's still fine.
The boy dormitory doors are not able to lock in at night but the hotel is safe enough
