"The stay was pleasent. It does show a luggage storage online but there was none present. However we could leave our luggage at the reception. But sometimes there was no one present. Location is very convenient next to ancient center of Ninh Binh. Room is nice, but the drain of shower is not working properly. Meaning whole bathroom was full of water after showering."

"This hotel is located in quite an out-of-the-way spot. I took a Grab bike into town for dinner, but the surrounding area was pitch black and there was absolutely nothing around, so the Grab driver and I got lost. However, it's close to Mua Cave and the boat tour boarding point, so if you're staying for nature sightseeing, I think it's a good option. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk person immediately brought me a glass of water and, using a translation app, told me to ”drink the water before checking in.” But ever since I arrived in Vietnam, I've been very wary of the water, and there were a lot of white specks floating in the glass, so I just pretended to drink it. When I said I wasn't thirsty and would decline, they let me check in. It might have been a genuine gesture of goodwill, but as a woman traveling alone and with no one else around, I was a bit scared and didn't drink it. Considering how remote the hotel is, the room was surprisingly clean. All the furniture, the TV, air conditioning, and refrigerator looked brand new, and the elevator was also very clean. Amenities, water, and towels were also provided in the room. The hairdryer is a bit hidden, but you'll find it if you open all the drawers in the room, haha. The restaurant area on the first floor, however, had a somewhat rundown feel with lots of flies buzzing around. Breakfast is served there, so be careful of the flies while you eat, haha. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was ordered from several options. I had the fried rice, and it came in a huge portion and was actually delicious, haha. At night, the dog kept outside the hotel barked a bit, but it wasn't for long, so it wasn't a problem. While it might not be ideal for a long-term stay, if you're looking for an affordable hotel in Ninh Binh for nature sightseeing, it's a perfect fit."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to many tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. A special thanks to Michael at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain the best and fastest ways to get to my destinations, which made my trip much easier. His excellent service really stood out. Thumbs up to Michael for his outstanding hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"It’s peaceful even though it’s near the main road. Nearby few local restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Historical tourist sites are also very near. Communication is very convenient."

"The location is fairly good, and you can walk to the center of Ninh Binh. The amenities are quite good for the price, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The fan was slightly broken, but it was still usable. I was able to check in earlier than planned, and they accommodated my request, which was very helpful. However, there was never anyone at the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient."

"A very cozy and charming hotel. The staff are responsive and friendly. It's located in a quiet area with incredibly beautiful views. Yet, within a 5-10 minute bike ride, you'll find shops and cafes. It's not far from the main attractions, and Grab services are available here too. It's about a 10-15 minute ride to Trang An and Tam Coc. The grounds are well-maintained, with lots of greenery and flowers, and there's a natural pool – not a pond – that you can swim in. For the price, this is an excellent option."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well located. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax in nature with stunning scenery, this is the perfect spot. It’s true that there aren’t many shops nearby, but it’s very easy to get a taxi or a Grab, which usually arrives within minutes. The breakfast is excellent — delicious, well-balanced, and made with fresh, organic ingredients. They even have their own chicken coop, which is amazing because they cook eggs from their own chickens! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Everything is spotless and well taken care of. Highly recommended!"
