The hotel is close to the airport (15min), there are great restaurants in the region, we recommend ”The Lôro Pedra do Sol”. The staff at the hotel is excellent, congratulations! Negative points are that the beach area next to the hotel is not preserved, people who frequently discharge waste inappropriately. I recommend the hotel very much. It's beautiful and the service is wonderful!

On the post-23 hours reception. One receptionist's service, very slowly. Suggestion: if check in has been made with a QR Code confirms the entry and only the key is delivered or is already available in a key-to-key balcony or box.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

All perfect. Note 9.5. If you want to be note 10 you need to have a better blackout in the rooms because the balcony is super clear when the sun is born. We had only one problem with the lock, because the card failed to open about three times and we had to return to the gateway.

Gostamos muito do hotel, apenas achamos muito caro bebidas e picolés!! Digo exageradamente caros. Apesar de não termos sido tão bem tratados por uma boa parte dos funcionários do hotel, um em especial gerente Thiago do restaurante do café da manhã foi muito solicito e até preparou um chá para meu filho q estava c diarreia!! Enfim, no final acaba q não esquecemos sempre de como fomos recebidos!!

What a fairly spacious (except the bathroom). Satisfactory breakfast. Excellent reception service. And it seemed well located (it has a shopping a few meters from the hotel that makes it quite easy)

From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed... Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem... Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!! The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday). The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!

Excelente acomodação, o hotel possui uma infraestrutura funcional e ampla, com piscinas, quadras, áreas verdes, spa, sauna, restaurantes etc. Tudo em perfeito estado de conservação e muito limpo. Além da arquitetura do local, que é um encanto com edifícios coloniais e chalés, a praia está literalmente na frente, um local paradisíaco. A comida é boa, com ingredientes de qualidade e pratos típicos do nordeste, o atendimento em geral é ótimo também, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.

Superbe séjour, tout était parfait: emplacement impeccable, lieu magnifique, très bon équipement, grandes chambres avec lit King size, petit déjeuner délicieux à la carte, service très attentionné…

My 2x in the Gale village in salvador I like so much that I always go back to la. The view of the sea of the apartment has no price to pay I did 1x for the gale site and 2x for the trip app. I was afraid to make a mistake because I never did it, and I just loved it. I'll come back

Super friendly staff available 24/7. Nice breakfast too. Right in the middle of Historical Center so great location. Can be a bit loud at night cuz ppl still party by midnight if u come back home early tho

The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Take a taxi back to the hotel and help drive the door and carry luggage. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. Stay here next time.

Small and beautiful, the staff and boss know every guest. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. One day because of our early trip, the hotel specially arranged a full breakfast at 6:30 for us in advance. The location is excellent, the restaurant's small garden and balcony view are first-class.
