A good hotel to have a break from sightseeing and night life. A lot of places around to have a breakfast or snack.
Close to Hamra street
The staff is helpful in almost all aspects
Had a bad luck while going to empty bar on rooftop which actually should be a good place to hang out in the hotel
Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. I said, ”Oh, the colleague who may have promised you forgot. ”. 2. The hotel is not allowed to bring water and food, and no kettle is provided. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. The hotel buffet breakfast is from 6 am to 11 am, but it is basically cold cuts, there is almost no hot food, and there are not many styles. 4. There is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which will be open to the public. At 8/9 in the evening, the music was loud and loud until the early hours of the morning. The music and the crowd cheered only louder and louder, and could not sleep at all. 5. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I heard that the upstairs began to knock and beat the drill wall and was woken up in the repair. Summary: The biggest advantage of the hotel is that the room is large, the location is very good, there is a small balcony with sea view, but the price is that the toilet is small and pitiful... smaller than the hotels in Japan. The hotel's overall facilities are very old, the staff service attitude is not hot or cold, the room WIFI slow WeChat video can not be opened, there are restaurants nearby can not sleep.
Excellent service. The internet didn't work at all on the first day, so we were moved to a room with a better connection (from the 7th to the 2nd floor). The staff is very responsive and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a buffet: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, salami, two types of cereal, two juices, tea, and coffee. They also make flatbreads with cheese and herbs. The first couple of days are great, but then you get tired of it because the main dishes don't change at all, it's always the same. I think some variety would be nice.
The cleaning service is simply excellent! We fly often, usually staying in five-star hotels, and frankly, the cleaning here was truly amazing, a level above many other places. They clean every day.
The rooms are a little dated, but everything you need is there, and, as I mentioned above, they're really clean. The only thing is, you can't walk barefoot on the floor, but otherwise, everything is great.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.
The Lancaster Hotel has always been great, with good customer service, location, hygiene, etc. It has always been my first choice for business trips to Beirut. However, I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness of the customer service staff and the timely response of the front desk during this stay, including the room change. Only the bathroom facilities after the room change were a little unsatisfactory, and the other feelings were almost perfect.
Didn't expect much from the hotel. Very modest, no bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.), only shower gel in a dispenser. I had to ask for an iron, as it seems to be the only one for the whole hotel. Very high humidity, the bed always felt damp. I asked for a non-smoking room, yes, it was written on the floor that the floor was non-smoking. But when I just went into the room, the feeling was that a company of 10 people had just smoked there. There was also an ashtray - accordingly, it is assumed that you can smoke ..
Bed linen was changed the day before departure.
Once I bought breakfast, also very modestly, there is no choice ...
The hotel itself is right in Hamra, close to many shops, restaurants, close (walking 15 minutes) to Zaituna Bay.
The staff is very friendly, they always tried to fulfill the wishes quickly.
In general, if you are only going to sleep, then it’s fine.
Waited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.

Good
We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

Xxiongj05Very good, costly performance. Very close to Pigeon Rock attractions, easy to go out! Breakfast service is offered and the waiters are very considerate. They will accompany you throughout your stay! I would stay here again next time!

Room was clean, with comfortable bed and good heating/AC. - Staff at reception spoke English and were helpful with early check-in request. - Breakfast was decent and location was very central, near metro and restaurants. - WiFi worked fine, water pressure in sho
Everything was good overall. The hotel is a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained. We were welcomed with a small complimentary treat in the room, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. We stayed for one night before leaving Lebanon, and it was a comfortable choice for a short stay)
This hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone. Overall, great customer service and value for money!
