There is no place to dry clothes in the laundry room. You can only take them back to the room. They say they can be dried, but you have to wait a long time, especially when there are many people waiting in line to wash clothes. The laundry detergent of unknown brands is not effective. It is recommended to bring your own laundry detergent. 2. The laundry room in the gym was dark, and the security guard said it was closed because there were too few people staying there to save electricity. It's scary to do laundry alone 3. Because there were few people staying at the hotel, the restaurant stopped operating without notifying the residents, which wasted their trip 4. Children dine for free in the restaurant, but the restaurant has stopped operating and only delivers boxed lunches to the rooms. Children are no longer free. One of the children is over 1.3 meters tall and the other is less than 1.2 meters tall. We told the staff and they said we had to apply. In the end, they agreed to give them more porridge, eggs, small breads, etc., but boxed lunches were not allowed and they had to be charged! I am speechless. . . The food in the box lunch is the same as what you eat in the restaurant. The hotel is contradicting themselves by labeling it themselves! ! ! 5. For the family room, when we checked in, we were provided with double towels and bath towels (we always bring our own bath towels when staying in a hotel, so we don't care about these). Double water was also provided. What does a family room mean? It is for at least 3 people, and they only provide double water. I reported this to the staff, and they gave us extra water. But when we checked out, they told us there were fewer bath towels. Weren't there three? 😪, speechless again, it was double when I checked in, you can check it yourself, it's really depressing I would like to praise the restaurant's main service, and the cleaning staff who cleaned the room were also very enthusiastic and provided good service."

"The hotel is located near the beach, the windows give a beautiful view on the sea. You can find a lot of shops and good places to eat near the hotel. The reception workers are really helpful and speak really good English, so if you’re a foreigner, there won’t be difficulties in communication. The room is boy and bright with a nice bathroom and all the amenities. One thing that made me unhappy is a dirty towel and a spot on the pillowcase, but after I contacted with the reception, the problem was solved quickly"

"Traveling with a friend, this hotel is located at Xinghai Square, and it's a 10-minute walk to the sea, so the location is great. The hotel has a bathhouse on the basement level, and guests receive complimentary tickets. As someone from the south, it was my first time experiencing Northeastern bathhouse culture, and I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Also, the hotel rooms are quite spacious and the temperature was a bit high; I actually sweated at night. Opening the window for ventilation made it more comfortable. "Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again."

"If you're coming to Dalian, you have to book a hotel by the sea! This guesthouse is right in Xinghai Square, facing the ocean, yet it's quiet and peaceful. The environment is really relaxing, living up to its name, 'Elegant and Stylish'. The guesthouse has six floors. We booked a twin room on the second floor, and the view was already great; I'm sure the rooms on the higher floors are even better! There's an observation deck on the sixth floor, perfect for taking photos of the seascape during the day 🏖️ and the beautiful lights at night 🌉. The room was very clean and tidy 🛏️, without excessive decoration, which actually made it feel more relaxing. It was very spacious; a double bed could easily accommodate three people. The amenities were complete, and the hot water was excellent 🚿. The owner provided excellent service, including afternoon tea. They thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and delicious food 👍🏻. The breakfast was abundant and very healthy, which I loved! For the off-season, the price wasn't expensive at all. It was a wonderful stay!"

"This is genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's incredibly clean, they offer afternoon tea, and the breakfast is fantastic. My husband and I ordered a lot of takeout, and the staff brought each order up to our room without a hint of annoyance – they truly deserve a huge commendation. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit. It's only a few hundred meters from Xinghai Square, so it's an easy walk."
