"The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time."

"Service Experience: The front desk staff, both male and female, were incredibly enthusiastic. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and whenever we had questions, the staff responded promptly. They were attentive throughout our stay and provided us with many useful local tips for our travels. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The price is also very reasonable, offering great value for money. My whole family had a comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this place again when we visit this area and will recommend it to friends traveling with children!"

"Had a fantastic experience! It's super easy to find, right across the street from the subway exit. Plus, it's not too far from Venice Water Town and Sea Rhyme Park. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Security is great too, with a controlled access entrance to the building and a key card entry system for the room. The natural light is amazing, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Plenty of dining options nearby for all your meals, including late-night snacks!"

The endless sea was absolutely stunning – sunshine, sand, and the ocean, with seagulls circling in the sky. The hotel I chose was also perfectly located right within the scenic area. "My stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was surprisingly good, exceeding all expectations. The hotel is located in a high-rise building in the city center, offering expansive sea views from the room. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could overlook Dalian Port and the city skyline. The intertwined scenery of the port cranes and urban architecture created a unique atmosphere, even on a cloudy day. It was perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and the city lights in the evening. The room featured a simple yet elegant modern design. The twin room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable rest. In terms of details, the mirrored wardrobe, embedded lighting, and the well-maintained wet/dry separation in the bathroom were all impressive. Basic amenities were comprehensive, and the air conditioning ran quietly, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The location is a major plus, being close to the Zhongshan Square business district, making transportation very convenient with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and responses were prompt. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business travelers and tourists, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. In short, it was fantastic! I highly recommend everyone to stay here."

"The experience at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalian was absolutely fantastic! The European castle architecture creates an incredible ambiance, and the sea view is stunning. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and elegant, with comfortable and cozy bedding. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the location is also excellent. Overall, it offers incredible value for money and is a superb choice for a vacation in Dalian. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent location as it just walking distance to xin hair and a few other good seafood restaurants there. Front desk is friendly and the free drink and coffee is good. As the building beside the hotel is undergoing renovations it is quite noisy from 7.30am to until 5pm. However after speaking to the hotel. It give us complimentary tickets for the bathhouse at lvl B1. The bathhouse is big and relaxing but not suitable for us with young kids. The lundary room is good as it offer washing and dry cleaning which is good for us with small kid as she change out alot of clothes and also help us to keep it clean. Breakfast was decent with noodles soup., dumplings and fried noodles n fried rice. It also have a few hot dishes like the fry veg and fried fish together with egg and steam corn n steam sweet potato. A small salad bar, 2 type of porridge and toast bread."

"The front desk staff gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch overall. The hotel doesn't have its own parking; you have to park across the street or at Xinghai Park, both of which are paid. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Dalian Ocean University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and right across from the sea, so it's a sea-view room! Although the room was near the light rail tracks and there was a bit of noise, I personally didn't mind it, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. I was here for an exam, and the hotel kindly offered a free late check-out. After finishing my exam at noon, when I came back to use my room card, it was already past 12 PM. I didn't want to go down to extend my stay, so I asked the cleaning staff for help with my card, and that was fantastic! The hotel's cleaning auntie contacted the front desk, verified the guest's name, so security was top-notch! Highly recommend! Great value for money!"

"I originally booked this place just for a two-night过渡 stay, but I was so impressed that I extended my reservation directly. First off, the hotel facilities and amenities are smart, convenient, and very clean. The guesthouse also has a large courtyard and a common lounge area. Secondly, the guesthouse manager was incredibly thoughtful, proactively helping us with our luggage, bringing up our takeout orders, and more! They were genuinely friendly throughout our stay, always with a smile on their face! If the guesthouse gets a perfect score of 100, the service alone accounts for 80 of those points! One night, it snowed, and we were out late shooting videos. The manager specially came out to remind us to be careful of slippery roads – so considerate! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"
