"The room was spacious and clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sunshine in the morning was such a treat! The hotel itself is very photogenic, and the location is unbeatable. The Fishing Village and various shops are just a few minutes' walk away on either side. Strolling along the boardwalk at dawn, waiting for the sunrise, was incredibly relaxing. The food was also quite good. I highly recommend choosing a room in the Ocean View building here; sitting on the balcony sofa and soaking up the sun made me not even want to leave the room."

"The family came to Xichang to play and booked Baiyanshe, which was really good. The room is big enough, and the baby can also play around. Going out is the Bohai Sea, it is convenient to take the baby to feed the seagulls and ride a bicycle. There are many types of breakfast, and the baby eats happily. The waiter's attitude is good, and any needs are promptly helped. Parking is also convenient, and the self-driving party is assured. Stay here next time!"

"It is very convenient to take the children to play on the beach. It is very good in all aspects. Grandpa Zhou is very enthusiastic. We didn’t know that we could eat with them at the beginning. We also ran to Xiaoyu Village to eat. The result was not delicious. There was no delicious food at home, especially the special rice noodles. The vegetables were grown in Grandpa Zhou’s own field. The chicken soup is made by my own chicken. Our boss soup is finished. It is much better than the net red shop we went to find. The children especially like to eat it. They also like to listen to Grandpa Zhou's story. They say that they will come here next time. I have a chance to play here for a few days. I don’t have to run around. "My grandson declared before his school even broke up that he wanted to go on a trip with his grandparents during the summer holiday. To fulfill his request, we thought long and hard and decided on a relaxing few days in Xichang, which boasts the lakeside Qionghai and Lushan Mountain, a pleasant climate that's warm in winter and cool in summer, and even a Space City experience that kids love… I compared two hotels on Trip.com that were closest to Qionghai Lake (Qionghai Hotel and Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel), both old five-star establishments. After careful consideration, I booked a main building lake-view twin room at Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel for four nights and five days (July 3rd to 7th). After school finished, my grandson, my wife, and I traveled from Chengdu East to Xichang West by high-speed train, a 3.5-hour journey. We picked up the rental car my son booked on Trip.com and drove to Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel by Qionghai Lake, beginning our 5-day trip to Xichang… We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 5 days and 4 nights and also visited Qionghai Hotel. Firstly, I much preferred the ambiance of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Although Qionghai Hotel has a larger area and lovely greenery, and even peacocks roaming the grounds, its location closer to the city center makes it a bit more bustling compared to the tranquil atmosphere of the Park Hyatt. The water quality of Qionghai Lake in general is also inferior to the section by the Park Hyatt. The coastline here is more pristine and natural, with lush trees swaying in the breeze. Strolling through the woods and along the sandy beach, playing in the shallow water, taking a nap, jogging or cycling on the path, and swimming in the pool – it’s all much more enjoyable! Secondly, while Qionghai Hotel's architecture is indeed stylish and grand, I personally prefer the Southeast Asian style of the Park Hyatt Hotel, which is tucked away in the woods by Qionghai Bay, intermittently revealing a seaside vibe around the lake… No more rambling, let's get to the practical points: First, although the hotel has been open for over a decade, the architecture and facilities are well-maintained. The room facilities don't look old at all, and the Southeast Asian-style ceiling fan is convenient and comfortable to use. Second, the service attitude and cleanliness are thorough and responsible. Third, the breakfast is rich, healthy, and hygienic. Fourth, the pool water is clean. Overall, staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel with my grandson for 5 days and 4 nights was a good experience, and I discussed the few minor issues with the front desk."

"Good location, close to Dashiban Village, parking lot, convenient to drive to various attractions, garden design is very good, small bridges and flowing water, good environment. The front desk lady upgraded the room type, the suite is very comfortable, the room is big enough, there is a balcony, dry and wet separation, especially the rocking chair, very comfortable. The toiletries are disposable. We both drink tea and put more water for us. There are 2 sinks, which are convenient to use. Breakfast is ok. The only downside is the smart toilet, which is noisy. I asked the front desk, that's it, okay, I can bear it. The toilet paper is good. Overall good."

"This hotel in Jeju Island is absolutely gorgeous! 💕 We stayed at a hotel in the Moonlit Town with our family, right next to Qionghai Lake. The hotel is white, making it very eye-catching and perfect for taking photos. The room had a balcony with a stunning sea view, offering a breathtaking panorama of Qionghai Lake. There's also a meditation space at a higher level in the hotel. Relaxing while enjoying the beautiful view of Qionghai Lake was incredibly soothing. It's a fantastic spot for taking photos! The hotel has a wide variety of dining options. I even tried the local specialty, steamed fish in a clay pot, which was incredibly delicious; just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment, so you'll never be bored. If you're coming from Chengdu, you can take the high-speed train from Chengdu South Station to Xichang West Station in 3 hours. Once in Xichang, following the route ”Xichang West - Moonlit Town - ... Jinlin Beach” will allow you to visit all the major attractions."
