"We stayed for 5 full nights and our whole experience was more than great to be honest. All the staff from front office to dining to room and facilities did great except for Anna, a front desk associate who manifested her arrogance when I requested to have our breakfast packed instead. She was very firm in denying the request and offered zero options to the point of even pointing out that the breakfast was complimentary even if we chose to pay extra if we wanted to have breakfast included. She called to apologize after i talked to her supervisor, Joni. The other minor issue is the proximity of the place to the business centers. It was a bit off the business district but it was close to the beach. Other than these, everything was okay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos."

"The hotel is beautiful!! Our room is amazing!! Love all the sculptures and fine details they have all over the hotel. The pools are huge and water is nice and warm! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to other travelers."

"Lovely hotel in a lush tropical setting. About 10 minute trike ride to the central city. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Small but great pool. No Smart TV which would be a bonus on rainy days to watch Netflix otherwise great place to stay for the price."

"Astoria was a 1.5-hour drive away from PPS airport. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and it costed us only 200 per way (the original fare was 250 but we got 20% discount since we were students) which is cheaper than the one offered by private vans at the airport. Upon arriving at Astoria, we were greeted by their welcoming staff with complimentary drinks and locally made necklace. The staff assigned to us gave us a quick tour of the place, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. If there’s one thing that guests should know before visiting, it’s that to expect that Astoria sales staff would try to sell you their membership packages. But don’t worry, you can politely decline and Astoria’s sales staff would be very understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Astoria and we will definitely come back!"

"We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"We stayed at Microtel by Wyndham Puerto Princesa for just one night, booking five rooms for a quick family staycation. At first, we were a bit skeptical due to some mixed reviews online, but we were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience turned out to be! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with shell necklaces, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean, giving us plenty of space to relax. The kids especially enjoyed the pool—while it’s not very large, it was more than enough for them to have fun. The beachfront is beautiful—perfect for photo ops and water activities, though perhaps not ideal for swimming. Still, it adds a charming touch to the resort’s peaceful ambiance. A few areas could use some improvement: • The TVs are a bit outdated—an upgrade to smart TVs would enhance the guest experience. • The window-type air conditioners, while functional, can be a bit noisy. • Some furniture and room details could benefit from light touch-ups to maintain a fresher look. As for the restaurant (operated by a concessioner), the breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa exceeded our expectations. It’s a great spot for a relaxing and affordable getaway, and with a few upgrades, it could be even better. Would definitely consider staying again!"

"A cool little bamboo house. No air conditioning, but that's okay; there's a fan. Everything in Port Barton is within walking distance, just 5 minutes from the beach and bus stop."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located on a lively central street with plenty of cafes and shops. Nearby is a market and a dock for boat trips on wonderful excursions.
