I was in Beijing's Yizhuang area for a business trip and stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel. I arrived quite late at the front desk that night, and I'd like to thank Zhang from the front desk for their warm and attentive service. The living environment was excellent, very spacious and clean.

Two issues: 1. Poor soundproofing. There was a lot of noise in the hallway at night, and doors slamming in rooms. In the morning, I could hear the alarm from the room next door. 2. Breakfast was a bad experience. There was no coffee in the breakfast restaurant; you had to ”request” it from the hotel to be made fresh. Tables were not cleaned promptly. The noodle station had no toppings, and surprisingly, no chili (the staff even explained that they've never had chili). Food items were not refilled in a timely manner. One highlight: The lobby is filled with books, and the room also had a hardcover classic. Book lovers might want to consider this hotel. Also, the front desk staff were very good and proactively attentive to guest needs.

This hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation that made getting to and from my meetings a breeze. The room itself was simple, clean, and well-equipped. The internet connection was stable, perfect for both work and streaming. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. The staff were professional and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. They really pay attention to the details, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and of good quality. Considering the reasonable price, it's definitely a high-quality option for business travelers.

Ms. Alysia proactively offered a packed breakfast during check-in and maintained a patient and smiling demeanor throughout the process, readily offering assistance. This significantly enhanced my stay. Lilian promptly reviewed the bill during check-out, making the process very efficient. This customer-centric service philosophy is truly commendable and deserving of recognition.

Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff even took the time to chat, helping to alleviate my travel fatigue. The guest room was incredibly cozy, with soft throw pillows and tasteful decorations; everything was perfectly appointed. The swimming pool was crystal clear, shimmering like a giant blue mirror. A swim here offered immense relaxation for both body and mind. A hotel like this absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

Just finished my stay at the newly renovated Pullman Beijing South, and it was a really good experience. The rooms are all freshly refurbished, and the facilities are brand new. I especially want to commend Lane at the front desk – she was quick and enthusiastic during check-in, and proactively provided information about the hotel and its amenities. She got my stay off to a great start.

Holiday leisure time, continuing my 'hotel-hopping' staycation. Daxing vs. Yizhuang: Considering factors like hotel location, nearby subway stations, commercial complexes, and price. I have to say, Yizhuang truly understands its guests.
