The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was very efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and all the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine! 📸 ▫️Room: The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city/sea views. The Heavenly Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The toiletries had a salon-quality fragrance, and the bathtub, paired with a scenic window, made for a perfect sunset soak. The ambiance was absolutely fantastic! 🛁 ▫️Service: The butler-style service was incredibly impressive. They remembered my preferred tea, and when they noticed I had a cold, they proactively brought me ginger tea. Even the slippers were custom-made. ▫️Breakfast + Pool: The freshly baked croissants were incredibly flaky. After a swim in the high-altitude, heated pool, wrapping myself in a towel that smelled of sunshine… This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary in the city! 🌿 I've already recommended it to all my friends. For anniversaries or holidays, just book it without hesitation!

First time in Beijing Yizhuang, and I just randomly picked the Echeng Hotel, but what a pleasant surprise! When I stay at a hotel, cleanliness is my top priority, and this place absolutely nailed it. The room was meticulously cleaned; the floors were sparkling, the desk spotless, and the bathroom tiles and toilet rim were perfectly clean, with not a single water mark or stain. The bedding looked incredibly comfortable, the duvet was soft, and the sheets and duvet cover were crisp and dry – I felt instantly relaxed lying down. The front desk lady was super nice, spoke very gently, and checked me in quickly. She was patient and helpful with all my questions. The room facilities were all very new; the air conditioning, lights, and outlets worked perfectly, and hot water was instant and at a perfect temperature. The internet speed was stable and perfectly fine for daily use. Eating out is also convenient, with small shops downstairs and within walking distance. This is my first time in Beijing, and I'm so glad I found such a satisfying hotel. I truly recommend it!

The environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The rooms are neat and orderly with good lighting, and the bathroom is clean. The staff are polite and patient, check-out was convenient, and parking is easy. It's great value for money and I felt very secure during my stay.

Our stay at the Pullman Hotel was incredibly comfortable. Both my foreign executive colleague and I agreed it was the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The robot greeter and robot room service truly impressed and delighted my colleague. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a deep and high-quality sleep. The toothbrush was excellent – sturdy yet soft, cleaning very effectively. It surpassed even the professional toothbrushes recommended by Meinian Dajiankang, making it the best hotel toothbrush I've ever used. The toiletries were fantastic; the shower gel had a lovely scent. The bathroom water heater was convenient and provided hot water instantly. The automatic flushing toilet was also very handy. The hairdryer was very modern, utilizing the latest technology, similar to the newest models found in Xiaomi stores, and dried hair incredibly fast. The room was spacious and overall very tidy. The walk-in closet had an iron and even a spare large black umbrella, which was a very thoughtful touch. There was ample space for luggage, and the long sofa with its soft, comfortable cushions was a nice addition. The buffet restaurant on the first floor was absolutely amazing and offered incredible value for money. Dinner included a wide variety of fresh seafood, lamb chops, kebabs, various Chinese and Western soups, many Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, drinks, ice cream, and more. The most impressive part was the drinks selection, which included freshly brewed hot brown sugar ginger tea and chrysanthemum tea. The brown sugar ginger tea was particularly thoughtful for women during their physiological period. There was also complimentary free-flow red wine. The menu changed nightly, and all the dishes were delicious. After our first dinner at the hotel, we ended up dining there every evening. We were truly touched by the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. Everything was so well thought out, truly reflecting the hotel's dedication. The front desk, concierge, and check-in staff were also very professional, consistently providing patient and excellent service despite our frequent requests. A special thank you to Daisy at the front desk for her support. Overall, the entire stay was exceptionally comfortable. My foreign executive team and I will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Yizhuang; it's our favorite hotel. I sincerely commend all the staff at the hotel. It was truly wonderful!

The room facilities are very new, the furniture design is very practical, and the light blue color makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, there is free parking space at the entrance of the hotel, and there are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is more convenient. The toiletries smelled particularly good, and the woody fragrance was very textured. I was very satisfied with this stay.

We really liked this hotel, polite staff, the receptionist JunYi Xie speaks very good English, he always helped us in all matters. The hotel can be proud of such an employee. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day, room cleaning 5/5. We were in room 417 and we liked everything. thanks for all.

We stayed for 3 days in total. The breakfast was good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was super good. Seeing that we had children, she even helped us upgrade the tatami room. The laundry and drying were also very convenient. The overall location was very clean and the location was very convenient. It is right next to the subway station~
