"The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but a hotel this nice definitely has a good breakfast. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's about a six-minute walk to the center. I look forward to returning. The only thing I didn't like was that we specifically requested a quiet location, away from the elevator. However, they had assigned it directly across from the staff room, and almost every 10 minutes, someone would come in and out, and the door would slam, which started early in the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards."

In the heart of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our hotel is less than 10 minutes from dozens of parks, museums, and historic sites. We're a quarter mile from the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa, and half-mile from Bath Spa Railway Station. Bristol Airport is 40 minutes away. Fuel your busy day with free breakfast.

"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with a mini-bar and a kettle. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a make-your-own waffle station. There's also a small gym available. A large overnight parking lot is conveniently located just a short distance from the hotel, which is great if you're driving. Just one block north, you'll find a variety of restaurants, and the famous Roman Baths are only a few more steps away. However, the front desk staff spoke extremely fast, seemingly oblivious to the fact that we were foreigners and struggled to understand. They just rattled on. This really highlighted a lack of consideration and customer service on their part!"

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Bath hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"The room is actually nice and quite big. There is a living room and a bedroom. Our room faces north, facing the big tree and the house on the mountain in the distance. Both windows can be opened. There are no gauze curtains, only curtains, but the house opposite is not facing is actually okay. The bathroom is very clean, with typical German-style bathroom facilities, wall-mounted toilets, beige tiles, large bathtubs and showers, and a hot towel rack for plumbing. Simple and practical. Facilities: There is no refrigerator in the room, so there is a pantry on the second floor, which has a refrigerator and some free soda, milk, popcorn, and fruit. Two bottles of mineral water are given in the room. After drinking, you can go to the pantry's filtered water facility to fill new ones. Hygiene: The sanitation is okay, at least the bathroom is cleaned very clean. I saw that the bed was made when I came back at night, but they didn't help fold the clothes, which is different from Asian hotels. Service: The hotel bar is very good, a pot of tea is only 4 pounds, and the breakfast is also delicious, so you don't have to go out for breakfast. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The location is very good, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station. Bath itself is very small, so it is close to everything. Overall, it is a good choice to stay in Bath, at least this hotel does not require climbing a slope. 😂"

"5 minutes walk to the center. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed in the Chinese room right in front of the stairs on the first floor... The room was big and nice, but I could hear all the noise outside. I didn't pay much attention to the parking lot view, but the silhouette of the shower and toilet can be seen from the parking lot. I was too lazy to move rooms, so I asked for a big towel to cover the window. I think this part needs to be improved. Also, there is a £10 parking fee... I wish they didn't charge it in the off season."

"One of the cheaper hotels that we could find in Bath but it wasn't a budget stay. We booked a double room with a sofa bed and got upgraded to two doubles and a sofa bed so the kids were happy. All the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. There were complimentary cookies and popcorn on offer. Location was perfect for the tourist sites of Bath."

"The suite we booked was upgraded to a family suite. It's a very British country hotel. I didn't expect its restaurant to be awarded three stars by Rossete. No wonder the breakfast is better than the Savoy Hotel in London. We had dinner once and it was surprisingly good, and the bread was unique. The hotel's garden is also a natural English-style garden, with a little messy feel that took a lot of effort to create. In addition, the cookies delivered every day are so delicious that they become my thoughts every day."

"A very good hotel. A welcome card and red wine were given when checking in. Cheese, small biscuits with cheese and fig jam were given when checking out. Drinks and beer in the refrigerator were free. The room was cleaned very clean every day. Bottled water and glasses were placed on the bedside before going to bed every day. A lipstick and a sleep-aid fragrance were placed in the corner of the quilt. It is said that this is the only hotel with natural hot springs in Bath. The hot spring feels very good. Many parts of the body can be sprayed with water for massage. After the hot spring, there are dry steam, wet steam and infrared steam. The quilt in the room is very comfortable, light and warm. It should be goose down. English breakfast, milk tea is good👍 The improvement is that the bathroom shower is not separated into dry and wet. After taking a shower carefully, there is still a lot of water on the ground! The location is very good, just near Bath Baths and Bath Abbey, and there are many restaurants around. The mother of a young handsome man at the front desk is from Hong Kong, China, and can speak some Chinese. I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Bath🏨"

"It was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch, the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event."
