I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel; it was actually my second time there, and once again I was extremely satisfied. The central location right by Berlin Central Station makes it easy to reach all parts of the city quickly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. After the first night, I wanted to change my bed and that was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. All in all, there’s really nothing to complain about – a great place to stay!

Booked a twin room, but it was incredibly small with basic facilities that looked nothing like the pictures. The two beds were crammed together, leaving no other space. The wallpaper was peeling and messy, giving it a punk rock vibe. There weren't even any cups for brushing teeth. Overall, the conditions were really dismal, just like staying in a cheap motel next to a train station. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have absolutely no other options. The 19-euro parking fee was also very expensive.

Clean and exactly what I needed! A private place to sleep; great rated and spacious rooms.

The location was good, room was good as well, unfortunately the customer service was not friendly and she was unable to cater to our needs.

2 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too.

The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin.

You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free.

Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

4 day couple trip. Used 2bed room with private bathroom. 10 min walking distance to Berliner Tor Station (U-Bahn/S-Bahn). There is a huge discount supermarket right by the station.  Mostly a hostel building with many young residents. Bedsheets/towels/bathroom facilities all clean. Tv did not work. Walls, drapes look old, but not dirty. Slight noise over the night due to young residents. Decent and crowded lobby geared towards young residents. Long lines for non-automated checkin. Overall, price/ service is a perfect match.

First of all, it's very cheaper than other accommodations.
I wanted a room which didn't need to be fancy but cheap and not a dormitory room and this hostel had the one. 
the hostel is well located too, I could walk to Hamburg harbor. 
The room was small and not soundproof but it fulfilled my needs.

Very nice and clean room, the bathroom is a really small, I was travelling with a friend and there's no much privacy for change clothes for example. Very big windows and natural light.

The location is near to Flixbus station, just walking around 900m. The room is spacy and bathroom is clean. One thing needs to be improved is the service provided by the front desk staff. They are not informative. When I came they didn't inform about the bed sheet that we must take it ourselves. Since it was late night already and reception was busy (only one person was standby with many people lining) I decided to just sleep without bed sheet. They should still have two staff at night shift.

Self-check-in was super convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. The subway station is only a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. On the downside, there was some noise from the subway trains nearby, and the lighting in the room felt a little dim. It would be great if there were instructions on how to use the hand soap.

It is quite hard to find a hotel in Central Munich for a reasonable price. Most rooms with private bathroom were ＞£100 per night. Therefore I was delighted to find this as a last minute option for £60 per night.
I had room 203, huge with an unfurnished balcony and sleeps 4 in a king plus bunk beds.
I found the room to be excellent, the area not so great, which is expected around a city's Central Railway Station.
Wifi Strong, good TV stations, clean and comfortable. Recommended if you need this location.
