I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is great; the ancient city is right behind it, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The housekeeping manager, a Uyghur girl, quickly came to fix the leaking sink in my room. She's outstanding. I'll definitely choose this GreenTree Eastern hotel again next time I'm in Kashgar. The breakfast selection was also extensive.

I have stayed in folk houses and hotels. Friends who come from outside recommend this hotel which is close to the airport. In addition to free airport pick-up and drop-off, it also provides breakfast and is close to Green City (where there is a food court, clean and quiet, better than Khan Bazar). A fare to the ancient city is no more than 20 yuan. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is a good place to stay for a stroll during the day and to rest in peace. Thank you very much! I like it very much. Next time I come to Kashgar, I will choose this hotel for the whole trip!

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The room was very clean. It's about three kilometers from the old city of Kashgar. There are plenty of convenient restaurants nearby, and there's a Wanda Plaza just one kilometer away. The service was excellent, and there's free parking and laundry facilities. The hotel is in a great location. There's a convenience store next door, and plenty of restaurants and breakfast shops nearby, including mutton, mutton buns, and mutton skewers. At night, there are many fruit vendors. There's also a mall and market within two kilometers. It's very convenient!

We stayed in the suite for 3 consecutive days. I saw that there was a free pick-up on Trip.com before. I contacted the hotel and said no. Then I contacted Trip.com . After the docking, the hotel front desk manager agreed to pick up the plane, but because there was no reservation one day in advance, the car left, there was no way to pick up, and promised to drop off once. We also agree. On the third morning, we had a plane at 7 o'clock and agreed to drop off at 5:40 in the morning. As a result, the driver overslept and we took a taxi. I contacted Trip.com and the front desk manager, and indeed reimbursed the taxi fare. The attitude was also very good, but this service level was really not flattering. Stayed in a hotel so many times and encountered this situation for the first time. We stayed for three days and paid 1345 yuan. This price is not low in Kashgar on non-holidays in mid-May, and the service can't keep up at all. In addition, the suite can accommodate four people, there is a room card, the family will go upstairs after dinner, we will let the service staff help swipe the card after dinner, the restaurant waiter is not!

My stay at the Greentree Eastern Hotel far exceeded my expectations, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being prompt, composed, and attentive. The guest room was spacious and bright, and the smart home system was incredibly convenient to use. The mattress provided just the right amount of support, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep undisturbed by outside noise. The bathroom featured a clear separation of wet and dry areas, and the fixtures were clean and odorless, with a stable and abundant hot water supply. The hotel's gym equipment was well-maintained, and the self-service laundry room, equipped with both washers and dryers, is incredibly practical for longer trips. The ample public parking area made it very easy to park my vehicle. All the facilities are well-kept, and the attention to detail truly reflects the hotel's meticulous management. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and short stays, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

All the toiletries were provided, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent – absolutely no noise disturbances. 房間設施特別新，完全沒有陳舊感，衞生做得更是到位，角落都乾乾淨淨的，住得特別安心￼￼￼。更意外的是前台還主動幫忙升級了房型，新房間寬敞又舒適，瞬間感覺賺到了￼￼￼。

酒店位置絕佳，步行就能到地鐵站和商圈，不管是逛景點還是找吃的都超方便。早上還提供免費早餐，品類豐富味道也好，不用早起覓食太省心了￼￼￼。

This hotel offered a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations, making it very easy to get around for tourists. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The double lock on the door made me feel very secure, allowing for a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient. I was able to check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM, and they even extended my check-out time by an hour for free, which was very helpful for my onward journey. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches (like hair ties next to the sink!). I definitely recommend it.

We were here just for 1 night as our flight arrives after midnight. 10mins drive away from the airport, hotel room was big and clean! Comfortable stay before we embark on our journey after.

I went to Vientiane City for a buffet appointment with my friends in Fuling and booked a temporary hotel to rest. I was very lucky and made the right choice. Whether the hotel is a building is the first thing we consider when choosing a hotel. The selling point of the hotel is that it is a single-family building, so we chose this hotel. We went to the store to pay extra and asked the front desk to upgrade to a room with a larger space. It was worth the extra money. , the scenery of the overpass and light rail outside the window looks good, the room is clean, the decoration is simple, and it looks relatively refreshing. The book is good but I haven’t finished it yet, so I must take it home and continue reading. I took the initiative to pay for it, haha. When I woke up to check out in the morning, the front desk asked me if I wanted milk bread. It really warmed my heart! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chongqing later! Finally, I would like to say that the beef offal hot pot recommended by the front desk is good.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.
