The hotel's location is excellent, just 50 meters from the west gate entrance of Kashgar Old City. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom and shower room are designed scientifically and reasonably, with a separate washbasin area. The floor staff are warm and attentive, and the front desk receptionists are meticulous, always greeting with a smile. It's highly recommended!! The only minor drawback is a manager, who I believe was a manager based on their attire and demeanor, lacked hotel service awareness and smiled throughout, appearing a bit aloof!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The rooms were very clean and they had great views over the city. It’s about 30 minutes on foot from the old town. 
Great service, they allowed us to do a late checkout as our train was in the early evening and the dropped us at the train station for free!

The room was very clean. It's about three kilometers from the old city of Kashgar. There are plenty of convenient restaurants nearby, and there's a Wanda Plaza just one kilometer away. The service was excellent, and there's free parking and laundry facilities. The hotel is in a great location. There's a convenience store next door, and plenty of restaurants and breakfast shops nearby, including mutton, mutton buns, and mutton skewers. At night, there are many fruit vendors. There's also a mall and market within two kilometers. It's very convenient!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip!

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued.

Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Just for the amazing service from the front desk staff, it deserves a perfect score!

My experience at GreenTree Eastern Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room looked exactly like the pictures – the twin room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and soft. Lying down, I could instantly feel the day's fatigue melt away. The sunlight streaming through the sheer curtains, combined with the simple yet elegant decor, created a wonderful atmosphere that was perfect for photos.

The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent. The smart toilet and clean shower area made me feel completely at ease, and the hot water came out quickly and with good pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was fast, and they thoughtfully provided information about local transportation and dining. The complimentary bottled water and tea bags in the room were a perfect touch, and the electric kettle was clean and odor-free, making it super convenient for daily use.

The location is also very convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or on foot. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It’s suitable for both business trips and traveling with friends. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends!

I arrived an hour early for check-in, and since my room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. It was very clean and well-equipped, and the TV casting feature was super convenient. The decor felt very high-end. When ordering takeout, they'd call to notify me, and a robot would deliver it to the room. There was even an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant in the room! The hotel's location is great for transportation, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. I even overstayed by a few hours past check-out and they offered me a discounted rate to extend my stay. Overall, a fantastic travel experience – I'll definitely consider staying here again if I need a place in the future.

The facilities are quite modern, featuring smart amenities and even a little robot that navigates the elevator on its own. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is tidy. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and plentiful. They offer ample free parking, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to shopping areas and right next to bus and subway stops! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Great value for money, I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.

I went to Vientiane City for a buffet appointment with my friends in Fuling and booked a temporary hotel to rest. I was very lucky and made the right choice. Whether the hotel is a building is the first thing we consider when choosing a hotel. The selling point of the hotel is that it is a single-family building, so we chose this hotel. We went to the store to pay extra and asked the front desk to upgrade to a room with a larger space. It was worth the extra money. , the scenery of the overpass and light rail outside the window looks good, the room is clean, the decoration is simple, and it looks relatively refreshing. The book is good but I haven’t finished it yet, so I must take it home and continue reading. I took the initiative to pay for it, haha. When I woke up to check out in the morning, the front desk asked me if I wanted milk bread. It really warmed my heart! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chongqing later! Finally, I would like to say that the beef offal hot pot recommended by the front desk is good.

The room was much better than expected. We chose a hotel nearby the airport as we only touched down after 1am. The hotel was great and arranged for free taxi to the hotel. The room was big, clean and nicely decorated - perfect for a quick overnight. The area surrounding the hotel was nice &amp; quiet &amp; we had a good breakfast the next day morning opposite the hotel. Overall perfect as it was really reasonably priced too.
